Review 1：Hello all, very embarrassed by the hotel. Will neither stay there again myself nor advice anybody. Why?1) Reception guys will be smiling and helpful unless you come to ask them to resolve a problem. If there is a problem you are approaching them with – you’ll face rudeness. Receptionists easily hide their badges so that nobody could see their names (including people who were positioned as senior officers of reception)2) Weird and rude attitude to guests. Guests are prohibited to the hotel. You may meet your friends only at a specially (I would say almost fenced!) dedicated area next to the entrance. And…here comes the craziest!.. you have only 30 minutes. They watch the time and after the time expires they come and say if your guest is not leaving immediately – they will call security guys and force them to leave. This is all bearing in mind that there is absolutely nothing in the guest territory (they call it ‘terrace’), this is just a fenced area with tables and seats. We visited Kemer as media representatives of the world-known endure race Red Bull SeaToSky, talked to our colleagues and visited a few other hotels. There is no time limit on guest visits anywhere. Just in this hotel.3) huge number of rooms and very small and narrow territory. There are almost absolutely no trees or lawns. Actually, if you search through the whole of the territory you would be lucky to find just few trees engraved into the pavement. The hotel provides to its guests the territory map which actually shows an alley nearby the central premises of the hotel…but this is not true, there is no such alley at all.4) Very small beach for the hotel capacity (guests having quests and early mornings to find sunbeds and spare places) – due to the hotel territory being too narrow.

Review 7：It's a very nice resort, and I really enjoyed my vacation there. The beach, design of the resort, and facilities were so good. The staffs of the animation team were so friendly.

Review 8：An extremely overrated resort. Don't believe the ads. It was such an unpleasant experience, that we moved out of Orange County on the 3rd day (we booked 8 nights). We've booked a room with king bed and sea view, but on check in the receptionist informed us that the room we booked is not available and they accommodate us in a completely different than booked. Usually when the hotel doesn't have the room requested, they will accommodate the visitors in an upgraded room. We were way downgraded without any compensation, only with the promise we will be moved to the room booked on the next day. As expected no one even contacted us on the next day. They were busy overbooking. Few more complains: - no one speaks English - stuff not trained well - wi-fi very slow, almost non-existent - dirty, old place. Needs renovation and a deep clean. - spa is absolutely disgusting - loud and noisy If Four Seasons Hotel is your preferred hotel, don't even consider booking at Orange County

Review 9：The only thing that deserves thumbs up is the quality of food. We've booked all inclusive, so we had all our meals at the hotel. Great variety and taste. And of course the location. But you can stay in much better hotel at the same location.

Review 10：WiFi in the room was not good, we could not use Skype - it was always interrupted, sometimes, it was not possible to hear at all and etc.

Review 11：Excellent location. Sea, beach ... but as soon as you get out of the hotel, you find yourself in the town, i.e. you do not feel like on the isolated resort. In addition, Kemer is quite close to Antalya. Public bus from Antalya to Kemer is quite cheap. Food was very nice - a lot of good quality fruits and vegetables - vegetarian paradise . Dinners were particularly interesting - with a lot of fantasy (but more about meats and fish). Very good dancing and acrobatic shows (Columbian, Ukrainian, Cuban, Turkish) and, in general, interesting entertainment program. My mam is over sixty, but she also liked the shows. Very clean hotel, especially considering the number of people staying there. Nice, smiling staff – the lady who cleaned our room was very welcoming and nice. I wish I asked her name and could thank her separately. Fitness center. It is not big, but sufficient for daily exercise. Considering the attractiveness and diversity of food that was a very necessary component.

Review 64：The restaurant service was very poor. We had a hard time finding clean tables to sit at, and while we were eating the waiters were cleaning tables around us noisily. It really wasn't enjoyable to have a meal. The food was also rather uninteresting (we are vegetarians though, but still, there could have been more options). We asked for a double bed but didn't get one.

Review 68：The things that are not 5 start would be 1) The staff during meals are very nice and efficient at clearing your table, but when they take a plate they never ask nor bring any new utensils. Also they don't bring you drinks, you have to go get them from a bar or other area that isn't the same place as the buffet. In these aspects the hotel isn't a 5 star in my opinion. Change these 2 things and there you have it.

Review 69：The hotel design is exceptionally nice. The pool was great and the rooms and view were truly 5 star. The daily animation programs were great and a lot of fun.

Review 70：Air conditioning is not working properly. WiFi is so slow that it might be considered as it does not exist at all. During night time wifi is not available since there is always a technical problem. The quality of the hotel customers has gone down considerably in 3 years.

Review 80：the air conditioner was not working at all so we cant stay at the room during the day only to sleep at night and we should keep the windows open, some of the stuff are not frindly and have a rode faces, the spa and suna should be for relaxing but it's so noisy and the kids are running around in the turkish hamam and massage rooms. should be more orgnaized as it's adults area only. some of the receptionest staff cant speck english very good so we found some litter diffecult to explain what we need. over all the hotel is very good in the end we enjoy the stay over there for relax and entertinments
