Review 1：Bathroom was average but clean.

Review 2：I would not label it fabulous, but the driving location and its vicinity near to the Venice Mall is ideal. The night rate is fabulous with a very good mini bar service.

Review 3：- Old furniture - the receptionist was not polite - sound of room air con was too high -Pillows were not comfortable. - Toilet was too small - No bathtub - Power outlets available in the living room, couldn't use the Iron in the bedroom.

Review 8：We had to move three times from our room searching for one that doesn't smell bad. The rooms smelled like dirty water and rag. I believe the cleaning staff doesn't use clean water and rags to clean which made the rooms smell terrible!This was never the case before. I've been a customer for 4 years now and this is the first time it happens.

Review 12：For a hotel of its reputation the bathroom is woefully inadequate. Too small and barely able to have a proper shower also. It is definitely the reason for not staying in this property ever again.

Review 23：Saudi style setting of a separate sitting room and bedroom resulted in very compact bedroom and bathroom. Little space to walk around the bed and tight shower area. Free wifi appeared unstable and I was unable to connect. Furniture was old and while complimentary water and tea/coffee stuff was given, electric kettle was missing

Review 29：Wi-Fi is too slow, a.c is hard to control, water cattle is not working, towels has bad smell, shower's water pressure is not hard enough and not stable, parking is not satisfactory, t.v screen is the smallest I've ever seen, finally the pillows are so slim and makes it difficult to sleep comfortably.

Review 36：Breakfast area is an open space, not convienient to everyone, Damam is hot and humid open /outside breakfast should be an option. During eid day the breakfast area was crouded difficult to get a table and enough chairs for family. Very few staff to serve/ i.e wipe the table guest had to clean the table used by other guest themself to get theier space. I could not imaging such hotel to srcamble for table, eating breakfast while sweating
