Review 1：OK - there's one thing that should be improved - breakfast. You must come before the restaurant officialy opens in the morning to find somethin warm. Yet there's not much to choose from anyway... so dissapointing as they have a good kitchen. Also the location is ok, but could be closer to the train station and mountains. No problems with car though.

Review 2：Very good hotel. Brilliant staff - very hospitable and polite, you even get welcome drinks on arrival! The hotel is older, but very well preserved and refurbished. SPA is very good and not crowded. I can only imagine relaxation in sauna after skiing. But it's also great after hiking. By the way, you must be naked or with towel only in SPA (some may feel shy). The audience is perfect - mostly locals. And hotel even has bowling! This hotel is not about luxury, but about quality. You really do feel you are on holiday.

Review 15：As much as we liked the spa, the hotel itself is a disappointment and certainly did not give me the impression of a 4* establishment. The design of the rooms are quite basic (we were in room 206 on the 2nd floor) and perhaps a bit old fashioned. Our room had a small balcony with just one chair on it, not that it was really warm enough to sit outside. There is enough hanging space in the wardrobe. The TV is quite small and we haven't switched it on at all. There were no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The double bed was really two single beds pushed together. There was a mini bar which we didn't use. Breakfast was included in our room rate but was a disappointment. On the 2nd day, the toaster disappeared. The eggs and sausages were just luke warm. There were a selection of other "food" and bread and also some cereal and fruit. Really nothing to be impressed about here as far as the food goes. The spa hours seems quite limited: It was open only between 15:00 and 21:00. The swimming pool is also open from 07:00 to 10:00 but not all the water features were switched on. I'm not sure I'd recommend this hotel to anyone, but I would recommend trying out the spa (I think you can get a day pass for the spa). If you're not planning to use the spa at all, then stay somewhere else because you'll get very little value for your money here.

Review 16：The spa is quite big and have several different rooms to choose from. I especially liked the herbal sauna. There is an outdoor Finish sauna which was great to use. They also provide you with a small towel and a sheet to use. There are also some beds with pillows and blankets where you can relax. Water is provided in 3 different forms: Regular temperature with some lemons, ice cold and cold with bubbles - small plastic cups are provided. The staff seems quite helpful, although I have not tested their English skills since my wife speaks Slovak and did all the talking. Overall, everything seemed quite clean. The internet wifi was included and worked very well - we could both easily connect to it with our iPhones. There seems to be some facilities for families with children.
