Review 1：If you come with a car you will have to pat 15 Euro a day for parking

Review 3：Access and parking is not *the best*. If you stay for one night, then parking at the hotel is not a problem: the access permit only allows you 1 trip up and 1 trip down, so if you stay more than one night you are stuck.

Review 7：I don´t understand why this Hotel has such good reviews. It is situated ok if you want to go up the mountains around but other than that... The personal answers questions with "This is not my job...", the buffet for dinner is half empty even an hour before the end of dinner. WLAN is extremely slow, everything needs to be reserved ahead (decide by latest 5 if you want your dinner there). Also when we were there they filmed up by the lake. Parking was almost impossible, drive up and down as well and when the film crew packed their equipment half of the night while listening to music, it was not a pleasent nights sleep.

Review 15：In order to get to the hotel, one has to drive up a very steep and narrow road for 7 km. Since the hotel is located in a nature preserve area, the car can only be used on the days of arrival and departure. Parking costs 15 Euros extra per day. Alternatively, one can leave the car on the foot of the mountain and be picked up by a hotel shuttle. The shuttle has to be notified one hour in advance and costs 1 Euro per trip and person. The procedure is comprehensible, but extremely unconvenient. Travelling with small children is rather impossible.

Review 23：They were not able to pick us at Polianka at 6 in the morning and did not want to allow us to park a car in front of the hotel, because the parking place was full. And they did not have a solution for us. So we decided to risk it and rode the car to the hotel and there was a free place at the parking.

Review 26：Food, service and room was fantastic. It was more costly than other mountain lodges but well worth the extra cost. Wellness(sauna, hot tub)was also very nice. There were some men that refused to use a sheet or towel and walked around naked the whole time, so if you are worried about that kind of thing you may want to use caution in wellness area.

Review 27：The hotel location is perfect - a valley surrounded by tall rocky mountains, with the lake and waterfall next to the hotel. Cuz of the altitude (1670 m) in which the hotel itself is located, its possible to do an easy, a few hours, hiking to reach High Tatras peaks witch are more than 2000 meters tall and experience a stoning view from up there.

When you pay 222 eur for a room you alsoexpect it to be a little more comfortable, with a proper chair to sit onand hair dryer machine.
