Review 3：The staff in general are rude and not smiling or welcoming. They were immigrants I think and didn't speak Turkish. They said the breakfast had lots of selection but half the stuff in the breakfast were leftovers and tasted rotten, especially eggs. There were two pools. One was nice but full of lots of people all the time, didnt feel great. The other one was way too cold and dark.

Review 5：I stayed there for two nights and my experience was really good. the reception stuff was friendly and hospitable.the rooms are good , well-equipped, so clean and free WIFI and the hotel provided with many facilities ( spa - pool ) so there is almost everything you might need.the location is great , 30 seconds walk to the main bars street and 3 minutes to the beach it's in the center of the action .in my opinion gumbet is heart of the bodrum

Review 6：We booked this hotel because we wanted to use sauna and spa facilities, due to the low season they were closed, ant it was not indicated nowhere during the reservation, the staff did not want to put the sauna for us, so we payed full price and did not get the full service; the premises of the hotel were in quite a worn out state; the floor of the common area was dirty; dishes in the kitchenette were dirty; the bed sheet were too short for the bed; the water in the shower was lukewarm and not a good water pressure; the light bulb in the bedroom was broken; the door of the bedroom did not close; even though it was low season we could hear disco music from outside, considering that this place is surrounded by night clubs, bars and karaoke it must be a hell during high season; the water of the swimming pool was strikingly green; the breakfast was poor; Gümbet is a sad and desolate place during the low season with almost all places closed, if you come between Nov. and April Bodrum city is a better option. Again, it was absolutely not worse the money and probably the worst deal out of the ca. 5 hotels I booked in Turkey

Review 7：spacious terrace, big windows, a lot of natural light, the staff was moderately friendly and spoke English (not to be underestimated in Turkey)

Review 8：The apartment smelt like a Tobacco factory when we arrived at 1130pm atnight. Had to wait for bedding for the 2 other beds. No water in theroom as per the internet pictures , no hand soap. The balcony area wasovergrown by a Bougainvillea tree which made it very dangerous to walkout side and stand on cigarette butts. Breakfast was 8am to 10am. Firstmorning came down at 8.30am and nothing out. Tried to find someone toask about changing rooms had to wait until nearly lunch time forsomeone to give the Ok...Tried to say the other people smoking nextdoor is what we were smelly. Wrong wrong. Then asked for towels to useat the pool was told if we dont use the towels from the rooms we canbuy towels across the road. Last morning came down at 9.40 to findbreakfast taken away before 10am. Paid for 4 nights accomodation andleft after 3 nights..

Review 11：Great location: street of bars and a bus stop- 2 minutes walk, the beach is 3-5 minutes slow step. Located in the heart of the life of gümbet. Close to grocery stores (Dia, Sok). From the upper floors - stunning views of the Bay and the whole city. 2 swimming pools, Gym. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My special Hello to the manager of the hotel. I had economique suites. all kitchen facilities in the room.(except electric kettle). There is hot water in the room. There is a hairdryer, TV, air conditioning. The safe did not work. Towels were changed every day. But bed linen-2 times in 9 days. Cleaning was average quality. But in the room i was only asleep and took a shower - so i have no any claims almost. In economy room no balcony, keep it in mind. My friends lived in an apartment with sea views and large terrace - rooms are much better and cleaning are there better. There is a standard turkish reakfast, but every day the same. No cakes and cookies, only 3 kinds of jam and honey. No fruit. Only watermelon. In general the hotel was good. If possible i will definitely go back.

Review 14：The hotel staff were rude and unhelpful. The concierge complained about having to carry my friends luggage when she was sick. The lock on the door did not work and the room was unclean. Hotel staff were very rude and we felt like we were being monitored by the staff as they kept asking us why we were leaving the hotel every time we went to out.

Review 25：Where can i start ? This is by far the nicest hotel we have stayed in a long time. The Manager Berkay Donmez and his entire staff went out of their way to be pleasant and so very helpful. Even when we had a few problems with a noisy neighbour we were moved to another room without question or judgement. Would we go back to this hotel ? Most definatley yes , in fact we booked another stay before we left and now can't wait got to back again. To sum up FANTASTIC

Review 32：firstly i had no idea what i was going to experience becouse i had no information other than what was written online. i did not plan to hang out at hotel, so my expectation was nothing but a clean room. at the end i could say this a satisfactory place to stay becouse everyone was just helpful. i stayed there for two nights and they came to clean our room with clean towels every single day. breakfast was fine, dinner was better. prices of extras are fair enough to keep you away from buying something to eat or drink from outside. location is almost perfect. really close to the centrum. there are rooms with nice sea view. i could say considering the price, i have never been in a better place. if you don't expect something fancy other than the smiling employees, it's the perfect place too stay. i really appriciate the management there.totally recomend..

Review 36：Hotel is placed at a very busy place. During the evening open bars make so much noise and inside the room feels like you are sleeping inside a club... They also placed as at the neighbourung hotel, defferent to that we booked!

Review 37：The hotel is extremely dirty! The rooms were disgusting with dirty kitchen and floors. They say there is a kitchen, but after seeing how dirty it is you wouldn't want to touch at anything. Even the swimming pool was not clean at all and full of insects and disgusting stuff. There is no way I will choose this hotel again. Also the karaoke bar opposite the hotel is making it impossible to sleep after midnight until 4 am. The AC is not working properly. The housekeepers are very rude and they don't even clean the rooms. There is no hot water in the morning because of solar panels. Hot water comes after 12:00 pm.

Review 41：Right in the centre of Gumbet, it's the perfect location for those in search for a nightlife experience. By day, you're surrounded by cafes and luncheon locations which by night turn into clubs and bars until morning light appears. The hotel itself has at least a couple of lovely, clean and safe pools which we did not have the opportunity to use since the location is so close to the beach and central Bodrum. Lovely stay!

Review 49：The facilities are basic in the extreme. We had no hot water in the shower and the place is relatively run down. It is also in the heart of Gumbet so the noise from the surrounding bars went on until 4:00 a.m. I am glad we stayed for only a night.

Review 53：If you are into disco music 24 hours a day. This is the place. Too much for us. The nearby restaurants all compete with really loud music until the early hours of the morning and the hotel also competed. They will turn it down if you complain.

Review 54：The staff at this hotel were so helpful. Zico, the barman, was extremely helpful and made our stay memorable. He is the biggest asset to the hotel. Bekay the manager was on hand to give us tips as to where to eat, what transport to take. The location is GREAT, close to all the good restaurants and beach. The apartment was immaculate and the cleaning done EVERY day was so welcome. The view from our spacious balcony overlooking the sea was very romantic.The chef and I traded recipes and anything I asked for was given to me. Great service and definitely will return when next in Turkey. This is on our list of must return.

Review 55：The place looks amazing, everything clean and white but still homey, flowers everywhere. The staff was very friendly too, almost too talkative at times but very helpful. The pool looks great too--makes you feel like its a celebrity get-away. Only about 5 min walk to the beach. It's also right next to little shops and cafes, the "Dolmush" took us right to the door.
