Review 1：Unfortunatelly the bar was located under our rooms,the music were disturbing during all the nights. We stayed in 3different rooms and 1family got room on the opposite side.they had no problem with noise therefore.the beds are not so comfortable.

Review 2：Nice room and hotel.we loved that we got a table for our group separated from other guests and we had chance to use the billiard room on the 1st night.the staff was friendly extremely !special thanx for them!!!

Review 3：Location - train station 2km away, ski slope 3,5km away, there is nothing close to the hotel, no shops, no restaurants, no entertainment. Room air freshness - it was too stuffy.

Review 5：We booked a simple double room, but the room was almost luxurious, big and clean. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was amazing! They have excelent welness center with two relaxing pools. The staff was very kind, the food was plenty. The dinner at the halfboard stay was really good. Would go back again.

Review 6：The bar lacks atmosphere. They should not serve nuts at the price of a full meal. The bedrooms smell old. The juice at breakfast should not be mixed with water. The coffee is awful

Review 9：Quite location away from the road, nice and private property, excellent wellness center, would recommend to all guests. Also recommend to book half board and you have an exceptional dinner served by waiter and not just buffet. We enjoyed every evening delicius food.

Review 10：The wellness centre is open from 3 pm only. The main course of the half-board dinner was to be chosen from a list that didn't change for a week. Remembering that one of us was lactose intolerant was challenging for the staff.

Review 12：Bad hotel directional signs which cannot be seen especially after nightfall. Limited choices for the breakfast and many of them might have had been prepared a long time ago. No in-room coffee maker or water boiler.

Review 18：The wellness was real dissapointment. At the restaurant 25 Eur for dinner in form of buffet (eat all you can) was the only option during our stay that seemed as not a good value for money option.

Review 20：Wi-fi connection was extremely slow and at times even absent.The English spoken by the staff is not sufficient for good communication. Tourist information provided was also poor. The shower door was broken therefore we couldn't use it. We fortune were charged a fortune for new year's eve party which was not worth the service at all.I don't think we will be back to this hotel.

Review 21：We stayed in luxury double rooms and they are very big, modern and clean, with both a bath tub and a shower.

Review 22：The prices of the restaurant is very expensive. They offered us a buffet dinner for 24 Euros for an adult and 12 Euros for kids exclusive drinks, while we could have dinner for 2 adults and 2 kids in any restaurants nearby for max. 25 Euros included drinks.

Overall, there are much better 4 stars hotels in the Tatras for the same price.

What is importantto say is that hotel is very well designed - that means it has quite alot of rooms but they are very well planned - you do not feel the crowd,rather more like in a small, cozy hotel.
