Review 1：The food at the resort is just okay and is overpriced for the area.

Review 2：The panorama pool villa was absolutely gorgeous and had a great view overlooking Chalong bay. Having a personal patio and pool made for a perfect honeymoon. Resort is somewhat isolated on the hillside but is just a short 20 minute drive to Chalong where there are restaraunts and bars.

Review 7：Room service can be improved - food is not that warm when arrives. Transportation is a big headache. It costs 1,100 one way to airport, 600 one way to Patong and 400 one way to the Phuket Town, by hotel cab. No other options as far as I was told.

Review 9：Food – The only drawback. The standard of food (other than breakfast) is poor, and you will leave longing for a tasty meal. We skipped lunch most days. Even the easy things like pizza and pasta are very displeasing. Eating vegetarian here is incredibly difficult too. I know they can do better, as I had one amazing vegetarian meal for Christmas (specially requested) but no further requests were entertained. Executive chef does not control quality of food leaving the kitchen. Decor – Needs renovating in places such as the pool/lounge area in the rooms and the pool table at reception. Room - If you want a to sunbathe in your room you need to upgrade to a Panoramic room which we had. The rooms below us never seemed to get sunlight.

Review 10：Fabulous staff, beautiful villa's and hotel grounds, incredibly peaceful, Spa treatments and prices, gym, daily transfer to Nai Harn/Shopping Centre, free DVD/CD rental, free shuttle to and from rooms (hotel grounds are big and steep in places so this is great if you have any difficulties getting around), cicada's/gecko's and other wildlife, views from the hotel/room. This hotel makes a great cocktail too which are 2 for 1 at Happy Hour!

Review 12：This was an excellent place to stay very relaxing and well worth the money. Staff were always cheerful and happy to help with anything . Breakfast was very good and with enough selection. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting to completely relax and get away from it all. Not at all far from central festival mall which also provided with free shuttle bus . Throughly enjoyed our stay there .the villa was also very spacious having the bedroom upstairs and a sitting area down stairs both places had a tv ,pool was also lovely.

Review 21：We stayed at a Grand pool villa and loved everything about this place: its quiet atmosphere, the 180 degree viewpoint. Our villa number 306 was on the 3rd line and the view was amazing. We were woken up by sunlight. Spa is rather expensive, but with special offers and discounts it is absolutely worth the price. Breakfast is good,with variety of European and Asian food. The staff is remarkably friendly and helpful. The villa is spacious, comfortable and very clean. We will definitely come back. Yes, you will need a taxi to get around the island, but taxi is afordable in Phuket, so this didn't give us any discomfort. by the way, if you go outside the villa territory andwalk about 1 km up the hill, there is an amazing local restaurant 180 degree view point with variety of Thai food and a stunning view.

Review 23：Nice to have a private pool in front of your villa, but there are a lit of mosquitoes and it is quite shadowy. But this is to be expected due to the location of the hotel. The hotel is situated far off everything and you'll need a car or taxi service to get somewhere. The music in the restaurant fits the concept nicely, but it wouldn't hurt to freshen atmosphere a bit up with adding some more alternative genres.

There's nothing in walking distanceto villa zolitude so you will have to plan your days in advance.In the morning, the sound of cicada's is intense and acts as a bit of a wake-up call. The outdoor bathrooms in the pool villa's are a little spooky at night.

My partner and I stayed in a one-bedroom grandpool villa and we loved it. Upstairs was the gorgeous bedroom and indoorbathroom and downstairs was a beautiful daybed and pool and outdoorbathroom. We spent a night ordering room service and watching moviesdownstairs on the daybed and it was great!The staff are really lovely and accomodating. I would recommend this hotel for couples on a romantic getaway.

Review 110：The location is somewhat isolated from most commercial sites and isperfect for those that want to get away from the hustle and bustle ofPhuket. The only obvious nuisance is the "jungle"sounds thatcan be incredibly loud at times, but I got used to it and appreciatedbeing so close to nature.Taxi's find it hard to locate the hotel, so carry the address with you. The staff were mostly helpful, but some find it difficult to communicate in English, this was very frustrating especially when requesting information about tours and activities. There are some small details worth noting, there is no master light switch in the villa, so every night I had to experiment with every switch in the room to turn all the lights off before sleeping. When leaving the villa, one must remove the key that switches off the air conditioning, not convenient as the room gets very hot. I stayed in villa 408, which I was told was the best. The air conditioning was somewhat inefficient and the units were loud. The minibar only contains water, two cans of soft drinks, two cans of beer and two pots of freeze dried noodles. Don't expect any snacks or other forms of alcohol. There is no beach close by. The hotel is a 20 minute shuttle bus ride away from one of the best beaches in Phuket. The shuttle is complimentary and departs at 13:00.

Review 111：Villa was very spacious, good sized plunge pool, very nice outsideshower and below lounge area. The main room had a generous sized bed andbathroom was open plan, but well integrated. Free minibar and wifi was anice touch.The restaurant served good quality food during lunch and dinner. Their BBQ and Thai dishes are especially good. The complimentary breakfast had a good variety of choice. Main pool was strangely shallow, but a good size, with a beautiful view and very relaxing. Their Spa services were also good.

Review 114：If you want to run you can do it only outside of the hotel, which is notalways the most pleasant experience (dogs on the streets). The hotel gymis very tiny and does not have treadmill. This hints at one overallissue - Phuket itself. The hotel is amazing, but the island is no longerauthentic, nor developed. This means no empty beaches, lots ofconstruction work, and taxis controlled by local mob. In other words -if you plan to stay for a few days... Villa Zolitude is amazing... Ifyou plan to spend entire holidays on Phuket - don't do it.

The serivice is immaculate andvery helpful. Food's very good and nothing can beat singapore slingwhen you're in your own pool, under the shadow of the palm.
