Review 1：We were a bit unfortunate in the choice of dates - it was a weekend of local festivities in the village below, so loud music was blasting pretty much non-stop during the day and till 3 in the morning. It's a small valley, so it works like an arena in terms of sound transmission. The owners were apologetic and said it was just once a year, in late June, but suggest check.

Review 4：The amazing infinity pool, and the designer bathtub on our room. The property and rooms are full of small details. Also the breakfast was very very good and local.
Review 5：We felt uncomfortable from the day we arrived. There was a big party in the house and we were clearly not very welcome. There are no food services nor can you get any drinks in the Quinta. You have to buy everything yourself since the place is in the middle of nowhere. But the owners wife gets very upset if you try to use the kitchen or the fridge. So for a long stay its not very comfortable since there is no way to eat or drink without getting the owners wife disapproval. Tiago, the owners son tries to be nice and does try to help and allows usage of the fridge, and apologized hundreds of times but it seems his mum has more power and if she finds out he has been nice she will come over and create an uncomfortable situation.
Review 6：The son of the owners was very nice, Tiago has tried to help in many ways and tried to make us feel comfortable. To visit the national park there are much better places closer by.
Review 7：Having breakfast in peaceful surroundings with lovely views. Relaxing by the infinity pool. The friendliness of the staff who couldn't have been more helpful.

Review 9：Fantastic place to stay for hikes in the national park. The room was perfect, as was the breakfast and the staff. Gave us great tips for hikes, restaurants and other day trips. Also a day at the pool is worthwhile, the pool and garden are very relaxing, stay here!!!

Review 11：Staff extremely accommodating in this family business run in this boutique hotel. We arrived way past the checkin time and were received warmly. Breafast on the outside patio overlooking the valley was one of the highlights of our stay.

Review 17：Very nice place, with very welcoming and friendly staff. It's a family run business and you can tell they have put their heart and soul into this project. They are very detail oriented, everything was super well organised, the rooms were very comfortable and very nicely decorated. The surroundings are amazing and it's the perfect place to relax and be immersed by the beauty of the portuguese countryside, without giving up any of the modern luxuries and comforts. I highly recommend a stay here.
