Review 1：It Was Filthy. In Need Of Repair As Well As Cleaning. The Pictures HaveNothing To Do With The Actual Property. This Is The First Time I HaveEver Made a Complaint In All My Years Of Traveling Both Business AndPersonal. I Have Videos But I'm Having Trouble Getting Them To Load.

Review 3：I booked the reservation because Booking.com's website indicated that Lincoln Inn was pet friendly. When I walked into Lincoln Inn's lobby, there was a large sign posted emphatically refusing to accommodate pets. The desk person was not friendly about acknowledging the inconsistencies between their profile on Booking.com and their actual policy. The sign also indicated the hotel was under new management, but the facility and parking lot looked extremely run down.
Review 4：the person that checked me in - was not very pleasant. The room was nasty - I cleaned. No pillows on the bed - bed only half made. The bathroom not clean - the carpet not cleaned. Old {written on} tray's and furniture. I hated the place.

Review 6：It was what we needed for our short stay to have a bed, shower and toilet. We were only there to have a bed to sleep in in order to pack up college students to take them home and didn't spend time in room except to sleep and shower.

Review 8：This place is a dump! I do not recommend anyone staying here unless they are homeless looking a shelter. The place is out dated, the kitchen area was so old it was rusty. The bathrooms and sink, etc, was needing repairs. The place was dirty. BAD AREA! UNSAFE!
