Review 1：Restaurant (Beach restaurant and Zama) prices a bit too high for quality. Bad lightning in the bathroom.

Review 3：From the photo was under impression that the hotel has direct beach access but it actually is the sister property which is just across the road, but hustle to access to as you need to cross the road but the good side is that it wasn't crowded. Breakfast is alacarte which is limited to one choice but was not a problem for us,

Review 6：close to the fisherman's village (3 minutes drive), 15 minutes drive to Chaweng center just cross the road and get to the other Prana resort with an amazing infinity pool and a lovely, peaceful beach beautiful kids playground room, very helpful with babies and little children 7/11 just 5 minutes walk amazing staff, always willing to help and always with a smile. and they really love babies!

Review 7：The breakfast was really a big disappointment. You get to choose one (!)thing from a menu (which could be English breakfast or pancakes) and theportions are tiny. Last day the bacon wasn't even bacon and the tinyhash potatoe was a fried raw piece of potatoe. The hotel should informguests that there is no breakfast buffe. The staff also just standsthere in the breakfast room during breakfast talking to each other. Notvery nice service.One has to deposit 3500 baht upon check in. We knew this and thought it was not a big thing, but nevertheless it felt as if they were assuming we should steal of break something. Never heard of this procedure in any other hotel I've stayed at. Strange. The view of the backside of the hotel is of a dump. A very unkept area. Very ugly and a bit surprising management hasn't tried to avoid guest from this view every time you exit or enter the room. There is also a heavily trafficked road outside the entrance to the hotel where cars drive fast. Stressful. The hotel should in my opinion gain from trying to remodel the entrance to block out traffic. The hotel is a bit far from everything. It is not advices to walk to fishermans village (which is a very cosy place). Tuktuk costs 100 baht. Restaurant expensive and really not very good, though the hamburgers we had at the pool were ok. But expensive. I think they cost like 380 baht.. The beach is not even close to as nice as the beach in chaweng. Not nice sand and filthy. Not the fault of the hotel, but good to know. We had booked four nights, byt stayed just three and went back to out former hotel in the quiet north end of chaweng beach for our last night in koh samui. And we used double coupons for our last breakfast and had a somewhat descent breakfast.

Review 8：The room is very nice with good ac and comfortable bed and very good tv(many channels). Clean. A bit odd to place the washbasin outside therestroom and I understood that my partner thought it was difficult toshave because of the placement of the mirror. Nice view of the pool areafrom our room. The pool area is very nice. Just as in the pictures.Close to bangrak pier if one wants to take a boat to nearby island.

Review 9：Design should aim at our convenience; the wash-basin was located outside the bathroom! In the name of Lord!! I had to shave looking at my left, because of the location of the mirror! The breakfast is that of a 2-star hotel. The place is not so vibrant!
