Review 1：I have been asked to pay all my stay nights and when I asked to leave earlier I did not get my money back even though I asked to be redacted one or two nights and get the rest but been refused, instead they gave me voucher for 5 days at month October when most probably I will not able to use it, because of my family holidays could not be possible.

Review 2：staff is extremely unprofessional espacially the front desk. and this is applicable for most tunisian hotels. the matress is very old and mostly the room smells very bad

Review 11：It's a catastrophic Hotel : - A big problem of hygiene in the swimming pool - The room smells very bad due to humidity - The beds are uncomfortable - The meals are very bad : almost the same dishes at each meal. The meals tastes very bad. - The stuff are working many hours in a day and they are very nervous
