Review 1：The mattress was not comfortable. Not nearly firm enough. Didn't sleep well and when I got up I felt like I'd been run over by a truck.

Review 2：Everything except the bed was completely satisfactory. Nothing extraordinary, but certainly good enough, and the price was right.

Review 3：Noisy heater. Maid did not bring fresh towels and wash clothes. I would have preferred a room that I entered from inside the hotel, not outside entrance.

Review 4：I liked that we asked for non smoking and actually got a room that didn't smell like smoke. We had an end room and liked that we got a parking place close to room.

Review 5：The breakfast area is way too small and even though it is included in the room price, some extra proteins would have been nice. Such as boiled eggs, yogurt and more fruit

Review 7：FLEAS! I found fleas in my bed my last night there...which impacted my whole stay and this entire review. Found fleas in my luggage upon my arrival home. Although this was my 2nd stay, not sure I will stay again. doubtful. :(

Review 10：The staff had terrific customer service - called us after we entered the room to see how we liked it. The room was large and had granite countertops on the sink, TV stand and desk. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was good, and again, staff asked us how we enjoyed it.

Review 11：WiFi was slow in the late afternoon/early evening, but after about 9pm it was easier to log on, and surf. Possibly a problem with too many people logging on at once.

Review 12：Fantastic hotel, friendly staff, very helpful, great location, right off the highway, perfect for my mom, sister, and me on our way to my Aunt's in Tennessee from Florida. Great value as well, much more hotel than we expected for the low rate we paid.

Review 13：Housekeepers need to clean the doors in the room and the window. The doors were nasty and when you open the curtain the window smells like bad b o. Did not understand english, so impossible to communicate needs.

Review 15：Had a problem with bugs (said they were water bugs and had had exterminator in) the whole time we stayed (7 nights). Also had a problem with our TV not having sound one day. This was remedied that evening while we were out. Also the wifi was poor at times (limited)

Review 17：I had reserved a King room with a recliner and had stated that I would be arriving a 4 PM (5:00 Eastern) which I did only to be told my room was not ready yet. It had to be cleaned. Now, mind you, check in time is 3 PM. So I was told to stand there and they would see if another room was ready and I could put into that. The only way this would work was if I switched rooms after the first night. They told me to go eat dinner and come back. I did. When I waited again at the check-in desk for her other customers, I finally got my room key. When I got inside, I didn't have a King room. I had a double queen and no recliner. I returned to the desk to again wait and be told that I could have a King for just one night and the price was the same so it didn't matter. I have health issues and a recliner did matter. Other customers were obviously going to receive their reservations, but I was not.

Review 18：The hotel was convenient for my business. The hotel was mostly clean. The beds were comfortable. Every room has a microwave and fridge.

Review 19：No recliner in the room as seen in the picture when I booked the room. That is one reason I chose this facility - medical need requires often sleeping in a reclined position.

Review 20：Left for meeting at 8 AM when I arrived back at motel for afternoon rest at 1PM the room had not been cleaned ...the rest we needed was not to be had as I was told that room would not be ready until after 3PM...After a short conversation with the clerk they sent someone to clean the room. This should not be so room should be clean before noon each day for staying guest. Will not return to this motel.

Review 22：Breakfast was not good. Food was at proper temperature! Gravy tasted like paste. Doughnuts were very stale. Coffee was colored water. We ate breakfast the first day there and ate breakfast out during the rest of our stay. I had asked for a 1st floor room due to my 2 total knee replacements. I did not know I did not get a 1st floor room until we got to the hotel. If there had been another hotel with a first floor room we would have gone there. You have to let people know if have a first floor room when they make the reservations.

Review 32：No bacon or sausage available! Be careful selecting your biscuits, they obviously recycle them from one day to the next. My biscuit was nice and soft but my wife's was hard as a rock. Breakfast was advertised to open at 6am. We got there at 6:30 our last morning looking to eat a little on our way out but everything was still cold. Aside from the breakfast it's a good place to spend a few nights.
