Review 1：Very weak Wi-Fi and often no connection at all on 2nd floor.
Review 2：Fantastic views of the mountains from our windows. Superb food on half board basis. Excellent location. Extremely helpful staff. Lovely room with a bath. Very clean. Close to bus and train, and a short walk to the cable cars. Nice parking area at hotel. Lovely thick carpeting in the room.
Review 3：No lift in the hotel, so better keep in shape. No towels provided in the spa area, so bring your own one from home. I'd also go to a supermarket before. Breakfasts were muck, and the dinners were kiddie-type fast-food meals that are served beside gas stations. This is a 4-star hotel which has photos of its meals in its a la carte menu. For the lucky half-board guests, there was no printed menu at all. Ask for a spacious room in advance because you may end up like us, in a room so small that we could almost touch the TV with our feet while lying on the bed. Also make sure you bring no valuables with you, as our safe did not work. We reported it 3 times, but no one cared. In short, this hotel is a badly run, uncomfortable and inhospitable place. I have no idea how it got 4 stars but I will definitely find out, as I have never been so ripped off in my life.
