Review 1：1st room they gave us smelled like sewer!! 2nd room had no hot water and TV was not working !! Then we was asked to go to a 3rd room and pack and unpack for a 3rd time !!! keep in mind i had my wife with me , this happenned during our honeymoon and my wife was pregnant during our stay !!!!

Review 5：A/c on timer, area hotel is in has little by way of shops and restaurants, road noise in one end of building. Lack of privacy with curtains open. Property needs maintenance as it starting to show wear and tear. Looks cooler in pics. No credit card although advertised.

Review 7：door facing the pool could not be locked, that made me feel kind of insecure. Now it is rainy season and since the pool is just outside, each rain dropped made noise as if it was a huge stone. I had many small ants in rooms. You have to walk 10-15 min to find a nice place to swim, since the hotel is facing one of the local peer.

Review 8：Staff was very friendly and helpful. Nice design of the rooms. Everything was clean. Next door to the hotel is a very nice massage center and a cafe.

Review 9：Nice and clean place and perfect location but I wouldn't order a taxi in the reception. It is an expensive deal. The girl at the reception didn't call a taxi but probably her brother with a private car and charged us toooo much.

Review 11：Everything was nice! Lovely stay, perfect location if you plan to visit Koh Phangan and Koh Tao, Koh Nang Yuan! Don´t miss those tours if you are in Samui! It´s a quite location, yet next to Chaweng, where fun night life happens. Perfect shower, lots of space in the room and direct acess to the pool! Loved breakfast! Not a buffet but nice options in an ocean view pleasant restaurant. Stay was far better than expected! We really recomend this hotel!

Review 12：Location without beach front yet pricey. Lousy management who was unwilling to allow my bf to be boxed despite restaurant managers willingness. We had to leave by 530am. Non compassionate owner. Room 14 n 15 toilets stinks the entire stay. We booked 4 rooms

Review 15：Everything! We stayed overnight before heading to Koh Phangan by boat the next day and P10 is literally across the road from the marina. Breakfast is at the marina across the road and you can eat with a view of the ocean. P10 itself was super clean and well kept. After a 13 hour trip we had a swim in the pool and a hot shower followed by the best nights sleep. Also, a quick taxi ride from Koh Samui airport. Lots of convenience stores and pharmacies along the same street (a convenience store is, conveniently right next door!). Highly recommend!

Review 16：Bad preasure in the shower, ants and other small bugs on the floors. The apartment smelled like dirt (probably been waterleak earlier)

Review 18：The pool was narrow. We had fun tho. The staff was nice but the reception is open only till 11pm the walk way light will be off as soon as we reach the hotel at 2am. It will be so dark we cant see whats ahead of us. The hotel is ala carte meal. I prefer buffet. Staff very helpful. But its located at the wrng side of the road. And taxi ride to town will be costly.

Review 19：Bed was super hard, the air-conditioning didn't work well so the room was hot all night and there are no windows and the WiFi was slow and often cut out. For the price of almost 2,000 bht, it wasn't worth it

Review 64：Pool too narrow (2.5m) and between the two building wings so never any sun on it and therefore cool. No sun on the patio decks either. Rooms face to face with no privacy without curtains drawn. No hotel facilities such as bar or restaurant - more a motel. Open stairs in room would be dangerous for young children.

Review 77：I loved this hotel. It was great! The staff were absolutely amazing and even let us leave our big suitcases at the hotel for 2 days while we stayed on another island, which allowed us to just take our small carry-on case which was wonderful. The breakfast is delicious and it doesn't stop so you can walk over to the restaurant whenever you like and grab your breakfast. The pool is beautiful and it's just the perfect place to relax. The location may not suit everyone as it's not that busy but that's what we enjoyed about it and hired a scooter to get to busy Chaweng beach when we wanted. There are still plenty of nice restaurants and bars close by, like the Fisherman's Village. We booked this hotel twice because we loved it so much!

Review 78：- due to the storm last month there was no tv signal (only 2 thai channel), staff can not help or fix it, no discount was given - lower bathroom stinks - cleaning staff is very slowly and sometimes we had to wait until 4 pm until cleaning was done

Review 83：Small, beautiful and warm! The Phillipina receptionist is very helpful and kind. We enjoyed the quiet area around Bang Rak beach, Daetong Seafood restaurant serves dinner on the soft beach sands and just a 3 minute walk away!!

Review 84：We have stayed in this hotel before. The general manager has since left and the place has gone down hill rapid. The receptionist very un friendly. The room smelt of sewage and we went to tell her as no telephone in the room.. The towels and bedding were dirty asked her to change the linen and sort out the smell but when we came back to the room no one had been. The reception closes early so if you need anything like we wanted the internet code late that evening we couldn't get it as there is no one to ask. There wasn't any cold running water only boiling hot so a nightmare to have a shower.
