Review 2:No view across the valley, wooden walk ways can be slippery when wet
Review 3:Beautiful place, magnificent site among the trees. Very high standards, superb staff and food
Review 4:Rooms have VERY smooth polished wooden surfaces. Me and my partner had to walk very cautiously not to fall.
Review 5:Very romantic hotel with friendly staff. Good food, but not at all worth the very expensive price tag for B&B basis.....For the price you pay they can really include at least Dinner as well...
Review 6:It was a bit cold in the room.
Review 7:Everyone on staff was so polite and accommodating. They went above and beyond to make our honeymoon stay perfect and memorable!
Review 8:Toilet was not clean and the carpets need a thorough cleaning, if not replacing. The interiors could do with a refurbishment.
Review 9:Beautiful area and view from the rooms. Competent staff. Delicious breakfast.
Review 10:Because you are in the trees it was a little cold, but once we had worked the heating out we were ok.
Review 11:Loved the room and the open fire. The view was spectacular and the location very relaxing and quiet.

Review 15:Amazing location in the trees.. the accomodation was the best i've stayed in. Amazing. Staff very helpful
Review 16:Bad room service menu and food Slow service in general Magazines in the room a year out of date Noisy children No covered parking
Review 17:Breakfast Bed Bathroom Staff in breakfast area
Review 18:Tsala is a luxury destination that does not quite live up to its billing. While the treetop villas are very comfortable they lack some of the things you would expect such as an iPod Dock or clock/alarm. It is massively overpriced compared to other first class accommodation and is not worth the novelty of being woken up by monkeys climbing on the roof
Review 19:The wifi in the rooms was extremely slow and temperamental.
Review 20:The rooms were extremely luxurious and spacious. Everything we expected. The young guy who welcomed us was brilliant and had excellent local knowledge.
Review 21:Having to leave!

Review 51:The hotel grounds are beautiful. It was my partners 40th birthday, and they really looked after us. Cannot fault this hotel.
Review 52:We absolutely loved everything, from our suite to the friendly helpful staff. It is really worth every cent and definitely very romantic and cozy as we had bad weather while we were there but the fireplace made up for it
Review 53:Private plunge pool was disappointing - cold and uninviting.
Review 54:The tree top lodges are amazing, built beautifully around a vast forested area. Our villa was stunning inside and out. Two very large bedrooms, each with its own walk-in closet - bathroom, indoor and outdoor showers, floor to ceiling glass walls overlooking the canopy. Food service was outstanding.
