Review 1：great building, air con, very nice/friendly people, space to park a car, and a short walk to the town centre. Coffee and Pain au Chocolate for breakfast was a nice touch. Great for couples, essentially a cheap hotel rather than a hostel.

Review 2：We were cycling so I would've liked somewhere to prepare a good breakfast. Although that wasn't possible, I was told there are plans to make the kitchen available in future and we were given very good coffee and as many croissants as we could eat!

Review 3：The air conditioning was so welcome as it was 35 degrees outside. The room was spacious and comfortable and our host was really lovely - very interesting to talk to. It was an easy walk into town. Free tea was available at any time. Nice garden outside and little balconies to sit out on.

Review 5：This is a very comfortable , clean and friendly hostel . The owners were extremely helpful on our arrival. We enjoyed an excellent and enormous meal at a restaurant they recommended . We only stayed one night on our return from Croatia . I would recommend longer as the town is interesting and the hostel very comfortable

Review 40：The hostel is run by a young lady with help of her parents. They are all extremely friendly and welcoming and they make you feel right at home. The breakfast was excellent, the hostel is recently renovated and the location is excellent, just across the bridge from Ptuj center. The hostel has a central meeting place where it easy to get into contact with other guests, really nice!

Review 41：If you are interested in the old town, Hostel Sonce is located on the side of the river. In warm weather it would be a pleasant ten minute walk, however we came in freezing February and it was a very cold walk there.

Review 43：Highly recommended accomodation!!We had a fabulous stay when we came to Ptuj for carnival. At Hostel Sonce we had a perfectly clean and comfortable Quintuple room for our family. We were made to feel so welcome by the wonderful family who runs the hostel. We can't thank them enough for their kindness to us and our children. Breakfast was wonderful also. Thank you Iva and family!

Review 44：It was not easy with our baby without a crib, which we ordered at the time we made the reservation. This was one of the main reasons we choose the place, because it showed that we will be getting a crib. When we showed up however, Iva could not provide us the crib. So we kept the baby in the stroller most of the time, which was not very convenient. But, the great personality and the hospitality made up for this.

Review 45：Very clean and spaces rooms, with great staff, including Iva, her dear mother and father. They went out of their way to accommodate us, as they did not have a baby crib, so they offered us a large room with and extra room that opens from this room. The shopping mall is only about 700 meter, where you can eat, and in the Interspar one can buy warm as well as cold food that is already ready. A nice way to save some money.
