Review 1：The staff was rude, came to the kitchen without knocking, and was not helpful. The heating is so noisy, makes it difficult to sleep, and when we told the staff, they didnt want to help at all, its a nice hotel that could be awesome with a friendlier staff.

Review 3：There was dust almost everywere. Kitchen was shared with other room so somebody got into my space very early in the morning to wake me up and was doing a noise for 15 minutes!

Review 6：Wi-Fi signal was very weak. It was working just outside. In a room we could not connect to it. We slept 3 nights and staff did not change our towel and did not take out the trash from the trash bin in the kitchen, so the last day it was overfull and we needed to put our trash around the trash bin.
Review 7：It was very nice, calm, clean place. Room was clean and quite comfortable. Close conection to the rail station and mountines routes. Staff was very friendly and helpul. I strongly recomend this place for the quality and price ralation.

Review 28：Very good placing closely to Smokovec hiking trails in quiet area, 3 minutes from train. Big rooms, enought eqipped, very well equipped kitchen. Price represents standard level of good quality Smokovec Hotels. Safety place for car. Nice garden around Hotel, with very beatuful details with snug barbeque place. Big hall inside with fireplace and common kitchen would be great for bigger groups would like to spend time together. We would recomende for all people want to spend time in Mountains and have confortable base in Smokovec.
Review 29：1. it's presented as a hotel/pension but is only a guest house. 2.the living room with chimney what is shown in photos is not inside the suite but is in common togheter other guests. 3.there are'nt awning at the windows,so in the morning light give disturb. 4.there isn't a normal table inside "suite" (just one very low rise) really not comfortable to have breakfast or work with pc. 5.in the bathroom aren't big towesl (for shower) but just very low quality little towels and also isn't a bath foam/shampoo at disposition of the guests. 6. at 9-9.30 in the morning upstairs some workers began to repair something and made big noise and disturb until I pleased the owner to stop it. 7.If I knew that it was just a guest house I never should never reverved because I payd 56euro per day and is really too much, especially for that country : not recommended.

Review 31：The bed is hard. The woman running it is just interested in your money-- in fact, it s the first thing she asks for. Plus she doen't smile. But the worst, you are likely to be in one of those room next to th eliving room with tv and kids. Don't go if you want to rest during vacations...

Review 38：Good location near the Sibir and Novy Smokovec-trainstation. A short walk to Stary Smokovec where there are some nice terraces and also is a startingpoint for some hiking-trails. Lovely view from the hotel. Overall was quite okay.
Review 39：We stayed only for one day, so we find out nothing, except one thing, during approaching the hotel from main street you have to pay attention to direction tables very well in order not to miss the turn to hotel. During our stay we missed it twice:)
