Review 1：location, very far from the city. no taxi or tuk tuk. reception will provide a contact number for taxi, you call the taxi to pick you up.

Review 5：The aircondition needs to clean because when it worked ,it smell a lot of dust came out of it. The room have some smell. When i cam the first time just stay around 15 minutes, I couldn't breath well after that I call receiption to about the problem. they send their maid to my room. Theay spay make the room smell better and also feel better.

Two menus available, 1 thal/western menu the other Japanese menu. We had salmon sushi...delicious!! We also saw other dishes & they also looked superb.

Review 28：Jakuzzi and other Spa facilities were not working; There was an huge weading and the lobby of the reception looked like a shopping mall; do not appreciate rooms with carpete; As we were in transit to south islands the location didn´t matter, but trang it´s not a touristic city to visit
