Review 1：Only half a roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no backup.
Review 2：Only issue I really had with the place was that there was only a half roll of toilet paper in the bathroom and no backup. We ran out about 2 am. Luckily we had a big handful of napkins. As far as everything else went, it was great. Room was clean and the staff was very nice and easy going.
Review 3：Two night stay over at Applegate Inn was fair until cockroach creatures were found roaming the room the morning of check-out. Needless to say, I will not make reservation at this establishment again.

Review 16：Strong smell of insecticide when we entered the room. Dead bugs in lamps(is it really difficult to clean them ?). Firefighter brigade literallynext door. Holes in every piece of sheet. Room decoration clearlyoutdated. Bathroom looked old and not that clean.

Review 18：The room smelled like cigarette smoke and there was a burn spot on our sheets. It was somewhat outdated. When they cleaned our room, they left the door open and dirty towels from cleaning in the floor.

I was checking in and the clerk quoted a much lower price to a person calling in. If you want to stay at the Applegate Inn call direct.
