Review 1：We sat outside wanting to eat dinner, as it was a cool but not cold early evening for about 15 minutes, but no one showed up and they only catered to the customers inside.. The beds were a bit soft, but other than that, all good.
Review 2：Room was comfortable, the mattresses were a bit soft but the rooms were comfortable and clean. We enjoyed our stay and we will be back..

Review 9：We slep dressed in the beds as the sheets were very dirty. They left us the key at another hotel as we arrived after 23 hrs and that was the only reason we stood there otherwise we have asked for the money back and better slept in the car.

Review 18：Shower too small very hard to fit in door opening I am 5'6 and 65kg so it's a very small opening! Shower/bath also flooded had to keep plunging plug to keep water going down drain.

Review 37：Couldn't really fault the hotel in anything but if i was forced with saying something negative then I always miss a good old english fry up for breakfast when on the continent. Bread and meats etc never a replacement for good old fashioned bacon and sausage for an englishman. Continental breakfast available was fine though and the breakfast area very clean

Review 42：The hotel was declared as three stars, however, in my opinion (and it was confirmed by sticker in the bath), that the hotel was two stars. No air condition in the room, the night we stayed was warm and ventilator although helped but not really sufficient. And the last point is the matter of subjectivity but for us mattresses were too soft.
Review 43：Staff was very nice and friendly, breakfast was good and comparatively good choice of dishes. The room was clean and fully matches photos from Booking.com. The location is very convenient, close to main train station and the center of the city with plenty of restaurants, cafes and different shops. Overall, I can recommend this hotel for several nights when you are in the city for shopping.
Review 44：Internet did not work on my computer, the staff said it happenssometimes, but had no solution. Rooms are small. Breakfast starts verylate (at 8 am) and is basic.

Review 46：We had a couple of unpleasant experiences - on first night at about 2am there was a loud scuffling and commotion outside our door which was quite frightening. Early on the second morning the same noise and commotion occured and a man actually tried to enter our room - he had something in his hand - a brush maybe - not sure. We asked the receptionist about this when checking out and she had no explanation. All in all it was a bit scarey and certainly we will not be recommending this hotel to anyone. Apart form these two incidents, the room was comfy if very basic and cramped and it was clean.
