Review 1：That I had to leave and come home!
Review 2：The location is ideally situated between two piers which run services daily to the surrounding islands, Only 10 minutes to the Airport. There are plently of restaurants and bars on the main road, but the Samui Pier offers a superb menu catering for all tastes at reasonable prices. They provide a variety of water sports on the beach (Extra costs) The rooms were very clean, modern with Flat screen TV, Fridge, Hairdryer, Kettle, Safe and with daily housekeeping, the Samui Pier offers a sea view from all rooms, we had a beach front room which was well worth the extra but any of the other rooms would have suited us. The beach and pool bathing areas were kept very clean. The staff were so helpful, always had a smile and nothing was too much trouble. We will most definitely be returning next Christmas maybe for longer than a week next time. Cannot wait to return...

Review 7：Quite hefty prices for the food, I'd say double the price we've been used to in Thailand. The Wifi was quite slow and the water by the beach was very very filthy. Seems the sewage goes straight out in the water by the beach.

Review 11：We chose here because we need a room with sandy beach for the kids so they can switch beach/pool/ room/garden by themselves. The noise from pier is audible from 5am. Lamai beach is much more scenic and tranquil.

Staff recommended going up to fishermans village ten mins away and it was lovely
Review 21：There are not very many dining options and the road is very narrow with no sidewalk so trying to walk on the street was risky; and since it's located near the Big Buddah ferry the road is quite busy. The room smelled slightly and they sprayed it but has some faint old smell.

Review 30：The staff at Samui Pier are amazing. Yaniv & his team really made our last 2weeks in Samui. We originally booked for 8 days but immediately extended our stay given the chance. We had a free room upgrade into a room which had one of the best views I've had in 4 trips to thailand. The staff are all chatty & keen to help in any way they can. The resort is spotless, the grounds well maintained & the food is excellent. Lots of waterspouts are available right on your doorstep so there's always something to do, or just laze around in the garden & chill. Amazing! If you go to samui, stay here!

Review 39：We booked the airport transport the night before, becoz we need to go to the airport in early morning the day after. But the hotel staff didn't inform the driver. Finally the van came 30 mins late.

Wi-fi is available throughout the resort but when we were there it was very intermittent in our room and the restaurant. The restaurant menu is quite limited and prices mean food is not great value for money.

The hotel is just a walk away from the pier which is very convenient when you have many annoying people trying to sell you an expensive taxi at the pier. The view was really nice for sunset and it was a nice way to spend the last night of our holiday. The secret garden was recommended in other reviews so we tried that and its worth a visit being so close by.

Review 96：The room was facing a wall, the door barely closed. The fridge stopped working as soon as you left the room, so everything was spoilt when we got back. The staff were very rude. I asked for a hairdryer one night and was told there was just 1 that was shared amongst the entire resort. The restaurant is extremely overpriced and the beach is dirty due to all the boats.

Review 99：Really really noisy :( Right next to booming cheesy pop music from 7pm then Psychedelic trance til 2am then loud voices .. wouldn't stay here again just because of this awful club next door ... That's why I didn't stay in Chewang. Also they wouldn't pick us up from the pier so expensive taxi who didn't know where he was going ... missed a trick as we would have paid for the convenience. There are better places for the money

Review 134：This small resort only has a dozen rooms, and has a killer beach view.Sometimes my friends and I prefer to stay at the resort instead of goingout to the famous Chaweng beach. The front desk is extremely nice andfriendly, helped us booked several tours, taxi, etc.
