Review 1：Very nice place, with a great location close to the monastery and a beautiful park. The room was very nice and comfortable, and the staff really friendly and helpful.

Review 2：My room was close to the front door, so I heard other guests coming and going.

Review 3：Great location within walking distance to restaurants and Jasna Góra. The room was bigger than the picture made it look. And the price was great!!

Review 4：There is no lift and the bigger flats are situated on the second floor, which makes it a bit inconvenient for families with small children and a lot of baggage.

Review 5：In the foot of Jasna Gora monastery, extremely convenient for visiting the shrine. Overlooking a beautiful park with children's playgrounds. Plenty of good food bistrots and restaurants, as well as supermarkets nearby. Staff extremely nice and helpful, speaking good English. Free parking places available. The flat was very clean and comfortable, excellent for families with children. The bathroom was spatious and nice and had a washing machine. The kitchen is very well equipped. The wi-fi was fast and reliable. Free bottled water in the flat and on the floor.

Review 6：The apartment was horrendously hot and the AC wasn't working. It was so bad that one of my children passed out and we almost ended up in the hospital. Despite this, they wanted us to pay extra to move to a different (inferior) room where the AC was working. I threw a fit and it was unpleasant to have to do that in order to be fairly compensated.

Review 14：One minus though. For 100$ per day I would expect a hot meals on breakfast. Actually we were surprised there were only sandwiches. They were good, coffee was good can't complain here but no hot meals for that price was definitely surprise.

The room was tiny (we got the economy, supposedly the smallest on the premises), yet enough comfortable and very clean. The hosts - members of the team that runs the mini hotel and the travel agency where breakfast is served - where very nice with us.

Review 24：We've booked the big apartment in the hotel as a base in Czestochowa prior to our wedding. The staff couldn't be nicer and more helpful. The room facilities were great, especially the jacuzzi bath. Breakfast was a nice surprise.

Review 92：There is an "honesty" problem with many of the hotels inCzeh/Poland. We are an older couple, and have problems withstairs. The ads need to list rooms by which floor - but our type ofroom was only on the 2nd floor, with 3 flights of stairs. This was notin the listing - nor did they notify us. In most of the hotels here -if they list stairs, you need to double or triple what they say. Andyou need to ask.
