Reviews for The Cleveland Hostel
Review 1:Liked the security to the hostel, large open social places however we didn't meet anyone as only stayed for a night. Close location to good food! Staff were friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good modern hostel.
Review 2:The community kitchen is a bit unkept. One of the faucets is almost falling off. Tea kettle is not only dirty and greasy, but also broken, has to manually hold the mouth piece open to get water in or out.
Review 3:Location, walking distance to west side market, Great Lakes Brewing Company etc, and close to I-90.
Review 4:I'm older now, but I've always wanted to stay in a hostel. It was a unique experience. I was with my 26 year old daughter, and we had a great weekend together. A big reason for the fun was staying at the hostel.
Review 5:When we arrived late, the code to get in was sent to us. In the morningwe were able to help ourselves to breakfast from the Free leftover food.Fun and welcoming atmosphere and clean!
Review 6:On both nights we stayed we were woken up around 2-3am w/ guests being very loud when they came to rooms. But would still stay there again sometime.
Review 7:Loved the price for 2 night stay. Rooms were super clean and bed was awesome.
Review 8:Great hostel for the money! Spacious room, sufficient amenities, large kitchen and dining/meeting space, very helpful staff. Downtown Ohio City was a fun spot to explore and to have a culinary adventure. The night staff person helped me to load and unload a lot of things from and back into my car. Thanks so much!
Review 9:Nothing.
Review 10:It was in a wonderful location, a block from the West End Market, and the Market Square where there are plenty of restaurants, breweries, bars, ice cream shop and also a supermarket. Nearby is a train station where you can take train to downtown in short time. There is a car park across the street that is designated for hostel guests only. The kitchen was nice and clean, and the shared bathrooms were still private as used by a single person only at a time (2 bathrooms on third floor). There is a roof patio where you can enjoy the skyline of the city. The receptionist was very kind and patient to answer questions. Thanks again!
Review 11:My daughter suggested we stay at the hostel and I was dubious since I remember a day when only young hippies stayed at hostels. It was great. Loved the rooftop deck and it was located near places we wanted to visit.
Review 12:One of the cleanest and well loved hostels I've been in. I had a private room that was cozy, and all common areas were equally clean and respected by guests.
Review 13:the view from the roof top is amazing. The hostel look young and fresh!
