Review 1：I grew up in champaign during the 70's and 80's. It's nice to see the city is finally starting to invest in the downtown area. The Hyatt is a great start. I enjoyed my stay there very much during Christmas visit.
Review 2：I think a shampoo container needs to have a flip top lid so it can be closed and set down with one hand. While i think the quality of the shampoo and conditioner was fine i found it difficult to close the container with a puddle of shampoo in one hand and the shampoo bottle in the other.
Review 3：Something happened outside my room at midnight that woke me up from my sleep. I was awakened again at 3am but the management was very accommodating. I would stay again.

Review 5：Booking.com did not tell the hotel we had a reservation. A guest right after us checking in had the same problem. I showed them your emails, but they had nothing on record at all and luckily were able to get us a room.

Review 8：Staff was professional and courteous at all times. It's located right in the middle of all the best restaurants in the area. The breakfast area is also a great bonus.

Review 12：Cleanliness and quiet made this place great, plus the ability to use fitness facility whenever we had free time. The rooms were modern and beautifully appointed with sparse and clean design. We were able to walk to many fabulous restaurants, too.
