Review 3：located near the nopparhat beach,which is not vey good for swiming. We walked to the Ao Nang beach, which is cleaner and located near the restuarants and main walking street, it took about 10 minutes yo get there.

I ate at 3pm, started vomiting at 6pm and vomited all night Could not go on a pre booked island boat trip the next day that cost me 2,000 baht I told reception staff about it, only so they knew, and to check the burgers and pizza, but they were not interested

Review 11：I don't understand how personnel of this hotel was said to be so friendly and helpful. They claimed that our kids had taken a "don't disturb" sign and that we would have to pay for it. Well, it was in a laundry basked in a closet we had not even used. Then my husband came there for a weekend and we needed a bigger room. I asked if they would have any (this was before the sign-incident) and they told me that I could either take an extra bed for our first room (with 1000bhat/night) or then book a bigger room with an extra bed in it (they even showed it to me which was nice). However on Friday evening we noticed that this room had only two pillows and one big blanket (not even separate sheets) so my husbby went to the reception to ask if they could give us an extra pillow and blanket. Guess what the answer was: we would have to pay 1000bhat extra for the night if we use the bed!!! Unbelievable. Seriously, this hotel had one of the worst customer service I've ever experienced anywhere, from the cheapest hostels to more expensive hotels. Even though there would not be anything to complain about this hotel otherwise (it's not too pricey so you know what to expect) the customer service and the tone they used when accusing us to have taken that sign were so bad that I can say that I don't recommend this hotel to anyone and for sure I will never go back there.

Review 13：Staff could have been more helpful regarding tours. The location wasn't great as had to take a taxi or walk for 20 minutes to find restaurants, decent bars and people. Would not stay here again as there are far better places around. The price wasn't worth it.

Review 17：WIFI didn't work very well, most of the time it would not work and when it did it was very slow. In the end we used the internet on our Thai sim cards to use our phones as a wifi hotspot.

Review 18：The beach is right across the road and the bar in the pool is great, especially if you have a pool access room. Rooms are a decent size with a king size bed and a single bed and still enough room to move around.

Review 23：We arranged for transport from the airport directly to the hotel and our driver patiently waited for us when our flight was delayed by an hour. The pool was amazing and wifi signal was excellent even though our room was on the 3rd floor. The hotel staff were very friendly and spoke English well. The location was about 10 minutes' walk away from the main shopping street but we didn't mind as there was less noise and there were a couple of small convenience stores next door. Overall we would definitely stay here again!

Review 32：500THB deposit which they dont tell you about untill you arrive, on checking out 3 days later we were told there were marks on the sheets and pine needles in the room (presumably from our towels as we'd been on the beach the previous day) We were told they wanted 2000THB off us (around £40) to buy new sheets, when we protested Ms Chanpin the Manager brought the sheets into Reception and laid them out on the floor in front of other guests which was totally embarassing, we protested about the price as the sheets were quite old but Ms Chanpin threatened to call the police if we didnt pay. We eventually paid 1000THB and left but unfortunately had pre-paid (non refundable) for another 2 nights after a trip to Koh Lanta. We dreaded our return and had to pay another 500THB deposit while Ms Chanpin carried on complaining about the previous episode, because of the amount we lost the first time, we checked the bedclothes in the new room and found dirty marks on the sheets and a long black hair on one of the pillows, after complaining they changed the pillow and said the marks on the sheets had been noted. We've visited Thailand a dozen times and stayed in varous hotels but the attitude in this particular hotel was the worst we've ever experienced - if you choose to stay here be prepared, you may loose your deposit and more!

Review 45：The area of Aonang is very touristy so very busy with small shops selling pretty much the same stuff and expensive so use your haggling skills!! There is a kids club advertised on the website. THIS IS NOT A KIDS CLUB .....it is just a room with a TV /DVDs and toys. The room is not supervised by staff it is down to parents. It is however good for babies as well as young kids as it has been made very safe. I feel you should change the description on the website as it is very misleading to parents who may choose this hotel for that very reason !!

Review 46：Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms not huge but adequate size for 2 people. Swimming pools in good condition very clean and well looked after. Both had shallow areas for younger kids and had use of clean toilets and showers. Plenty of transport available not far from hotel. Able to hire boats or go on boat trips to surrounding small islands. Good restaurants with lovely food but some a bit pricey so beware. Beach relatively clean as is the sea and the water is very calm and lovely and warm. Not too much shade tho !! We were there for one week and it was doable.

Review 47：Poor rooms : odor in room, thin curtains and light too early in the morning, which is wy we could not sleep after 6 or 7 in the morning, and there is almost non protection from external sounds.

Review 49：no in room safe although there are safety deposit boxes available for no charge. The down side is the receptionist brings the box to an open desk and watches what you are doing - feels a little odd and not very private as you sort through your money etc. The shower head is not on an adjustable fitting so has to be twisted and balanced in the bracket with a bit of luck. Older CRT TV and the units/furniture where a bit dated but functional.

Review 50：The two pools are nice and the swim-up bar in the front pool. Location just by Luna beach and across the road from a few bars/restaurants and the beach itself. It is a little quieter here and therefore peaceful but only a 10-15 min stroll into the main Ao Nang area. Booked the standard room (superior) which was plenty big enough with a small balcony and 2 large singles pushed together to make a lovely large bed which was on the firm side but that's how I like it.

Review 51：Tuk tuk to shopping street is 60 baht per person. It is quite costly if you are to eat at the shopping street and go back to hotel few times a day. The beach is ugly actually, sand is not white and water is not clear. The swimming pool is not as nice as picture. The massage service was poor. Masseur keep watching TV and did not pay attention on massaging even when I look at them. Masseur did not present professional image with shorts and t-shirt.

Review 52：good location that tuk tuk is available anywhere. Friendly staff that can speak English. They are more than willing to keep our luggage after we check out from the hotel. the staff is more than happy to carry your luggage into tuk tuk after you check out. Hotel is just at the main road so it is easy to find. Just tell tuk tuk that your hotel is srisuksant and they drop you right in front of the hotel. Luggage boy will quickly come out to carry your luggage.
