Review 1：No toilet paper. Toilet overflowed when flushed and no plunger around or staff around to give us anything. Stained sheets. Bees in room. Asked for discount at checkout. Only stayed one night. No discount was given. Never again

Review 3：The desk clerk was pretty pathetic. He did not understand English and had to call someone twice to help him finish the transaction. Ran my card and didn't know that they don't accept American Express. Ice cost 25 cents! Couldn't believe that! The heating unit in the room was half way up the wall. Inconvenient. There was also a mirror on the ceiling! In the middle of the night a taxi pulled up at one of the rooms down the way. Draw your own conclusions. Absolutely no lobby. Just a small anteroom with a large glassed area at the desk. Scary looking. Clerk in the morning was equally as unfriendly. This hotel received a pretty high rating. I have absolutely NO idea why!
