Review 1：the room was bit smelly (single room) didnt have basic Hygiene Products like hair conditioner and i had to find a supermarket for it bit far from city center

Review 5：The staff is courteous and very friendly. The restaurant does really nice food and also has a good menu to cater for all. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Review 6：Terrible service from everyone in the hotel - even the management had no feeling for customer service. Scruffy rooms, light switches didn't work, uncomfortable beds, dirty carpets - will not be staying here again. Even for business / motorway travellers there must be better options than this

Review 18：We spent a night here on the way back to the UK from Denmark, and found it ideal for the purpose. Our room was spacious, clean and comfortable, the bathroom was luxurious and the free wifi was superfast. A perfect stopover which left us fully revived for the next day's travel.

Review 91：Totaly stupid reception. They charged my credit card 2x higher amount (their mistake) and zero effort to fix it. All about the reception - I slept there several times and they were always very arogant and not friendly at all!

Review 108：The rooms next to the motorway are very noisy due to the sheer amount of traffic traveling past. The room had air conditioning which was helpful in staying cool as the noise was to loud to open the windows during the night.

Review 109：We were able to hire bikes from the hotel and purchase discounted tickets to Floriade. The staff were very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The location was good as we were walking distance into Venlo to have our supper and a drink without needing our car.

Review 112：When booking through you, it stated on the booking confirmation e-mail that breakfast was 12.50 euros per person per day, however, they charged 13.50 euros per person per day. Also the booking confirmation said £175.77 (224 euros) however, the final bill on leaving the hotel showed we had paid 230 euros. This may have had something to do with the exchange rate, however, it was a bit confusing and can't be checked until we receive our credit card bill. This said, I would still stay there again, but perhaps just make certain of prices etc. first.

Review 114：The hotel is easy to find due to its location next to a highway. The car park is wide enough to accommodate all of the guests' cars. When we checked in the receptionist on duty was very friendly and professional. We had an overall good impression of the staff.Even the economy rooms have a pretty high standard, offering all the facilities you expect in a 4 star hotel. The hotel's location is ideal for shopping, sightseeing or visiting the "Floriade". We also liked the small picturesque villages in the neighbourhood such as Arcen , the castles and the National Park "De Maasduinen".

Review 115：The hotel 3rd floor was stinking (weed). I had to change the room. Twinbeds with wheels? Not the best idea. It moves in the middle of thenight. You end up sleeping with the feet on the ground.
