Review 1：We paid 15 euro (per day) to have our little dog in room with us. I was expecting to be supplied at least with a bowl for her.

Review 2：We did appreciate a lot they gave us a late checkout the last day to leave our little dog in the room while we were in the wellness center.

Review 3：The basic problem - we have got different type of room against what was confirmed. Confirmed the room with the balcony and garden view, have got the room with no balcony and the roof view without any simple piece of "natural view" (room 101) Unacceptable in such hotel category

Review 5：The hotel messed up our reservation by failing to put our rooms next to each other, despite a promise they would do that. And when we checked in, the person at the desk did not seem to care very much. But the manager sorted the problem out the next day and was helpful and courteous.

Review 9：The shower in the room did not work properly and made the bath room completely wet. Also the sink in the lavabo did not work properly. A shower curtain would be an enormous benefit!!

Review 10：Good location, in 10-15 min you can walk along the Drava river to the center of Ptuj with good restaurants. Nice and spacious rooms. No noise. Spa area included. Good breakfast buffet. We also had one dinner which was good.

Review 13：the breakfast buffett needs improvement - the quality of jams, orange juice and tea are not always the best and certainly not a 4 star hotel worthy. the aircondition in the room is sometimes noisy and cannot be turned off.

Review 15：The lound noise from the multipurpose conference center inside the hotel that was used for a birthday party and we could not sleep until 3am because of the loud noise. The reception did nothing to lower the noise although we called them several times. The manager appologised the next day but this kind of things are just unacceptable.

Review 27：The Hotel was extremely busy when I stayed there, but all the staff were excellent and always had time to help. Breakfast was good and plentiful, wifi was fast and free, the Hotel is only about 15 minutes walk from the centre. Really cannot fault it.
