Review 1：Pool hours too short. Closes at 7. No supply of pool towels, you can't change your towel when it's wet (which it gets after a long day by the pool). Minor things but not issues I've had at other hotels.

Review 2：Exceeded expectations! (But I have lived in Thailand a while so have relatively low expectations!!) They brought a cake for my friends birthday and this was really a great touch.

There was variety, but the noodles were over cooked, as was the omelette, which did not have sufficient ingredients - the chef did not put sufficient ingredients to make the omelette tasty, or the egg mixture was not salted sufficiently. The omelette was tasteless. I can understand the Thais do not know that Westerners do not like over cooked eggs, but I would have thought that they would know how to cook noodles!!

Review 24：In order to increase the rating, the hotel should clear the beach regularly or ban the local sellers from bringing food and bottled water to its territory - the beach is not clean enough. During the afternoon tea, which is a great idea - the hotel should have more strict boundaries, otherwise those arriving in their wet bikinis spoil the entire atmosphere and the appetite of those present, let alone the fabric upholstery of the nice furniture in the tea hall.

Review 29：The most beautiful swimming pools at whole Ao Nang Beach, very luxurious feeling. Very friendly and polite staff. Good gym. Good massage by the pool, with happy hours ( 50-70% off) before 1 pm. Hotel located just 1 minute walk to the beach ( beach is not too nice there, better stay by the pools), and 5 mins walk to tens of bars, shops, restaurants and long boat pier. Fantastic location.

Spa treatments at the beachside location were performed to a very good standard, therapists very professional and knew what they were doing.

Review 72：The room was big but the desk and seat is really not comfortable and not functional, so is the so called "Sofa" it blows away as you just sit on it. The bed is creaking and squeaking when 2 people use it. I had a room on the 2nd floor (or 3rd as the hotel call it, cause the ground level is "first floor"). The Hotel has no elevators. So it is just getting breathless each time you get back to your room (but I don't know if there is any hotel with elevators in Aonang). Maybe taking a first floor room is much better. There is a long road from street to the Hotel lobby. Not only the internet itself is not good (I think this is the situation with reception in all AoNang) but they make it even harder to use as they change the password each 3 days (it will happen exactly when you need it..).

The hotel is very big and stretched to the sea: Located 300 m from Soi RCA (cool Amy69 bar) and 500 m from Center Point (nice Nova club), and near everything you might want (like the long tail boat desk near the beach road). Great sea front Breakfast (I eat only Thai food), OK Shower (but only a fixed sprinkler in an old bath tub, though doing its job). AC great. Hot water are immediate but low pressure.... Guest friendly (no "joiner fee" and no problems regarding having guests). Nearby Starbucks (expensive but there is no substitute, the hotel coffee is ug…), Quiet big room, I had a Grand Superior Double room.

Review 82：this is the 2nd time we stayed on this hotel and the standards value of the Stars have dropped tremendously. Room wasn't make up even though we hanged the sign request at the door, we came back from the pool at 5ish and the room was still not made. I am sure the occupancy wasn't full as it was low season and there was nobody at the poor except us! We love the poor bar but it needs cleaning as there were greenish slimy alae forming at the corners and around the pool bar, not clean and hygiene. The last day before we checked out, there was no water for flushing and water was weak for shower. The most ridiculous thing was that despite of all the feedback we have upon checkout, the receptionist asked us to verify laundry bag and made a statement even though we didn't take it or seen it in the room when we checked in! How ridiculous, obviously need working on customer service. We are not that sort who gives negative feedback all the time but I must say I am extremely disappointed and will not go back again.

Definitely the pool is the highlight at this resort, which was what attracted me to it in the first place. Aonang Villa is right on the beach - not the greatest beach in the world, but still pretty cool, however the pool more than makes up for it! Air conditioning is nice and quiet and we were well situated above the main waterfront, where merchants are a little pushy. Catch a tuk-tuk past the waterfront, and halfway between Ao Nang and Noparathara beach is a great little food market which is open at night. Got some great meals there.

Unfortunately while we were here, the pool bar wasn't serviced by staff, and it's the smaller of two pools so not as nice as the main area. But we loved spending time by the main pool, always very clean and the staff were very helpful.

The breakfast variety was good but the quality not always up to standard. The cheese is warm and looked sweaty, the fried eggs were not prepared freshly and was always cold, the bread and croissants was not always fresh The hotel needs a make over, the one bedroom wall was mouldy and the curtains dirty. Not good value for money as this hotel is more expensive that the average hotel in Aonang.

Also there is a great variety of resteraunts and food hawkers where you can avail of the most expensive to the cheapest of foods, all within 5 minutes of walking distance. They toom was a decent size and well furnished. Aircon was very welcome and worked a treat all the way down to 10 degrees for comfortable nights sleep. When we checked out the staff took care of our luggage while we enjoyed the day before our flight to BKK. Provides us with clean towels and toiletries so we could go shower after another exhausting day by the pool and on he beach. Would book again without a second thought

Review 123：Lie on the soft sand beach close your eyes. Listen to the sound's of waves and the 30 long boats taking people all over the place. With your eyes c losed almost sounds like a small airport with prop planes taking off . Butthey fade away you can relax and enjoy the beautiful view

Review 124：Not 4 Star. Certainly needs a make over, with worn Sun Loungers and cheap bedroom furniture. I even had holes in my Pillow Case. Came for a relaxing 2 days, but the first night loud speakers were booming until 11pm, in the Hotel's garden, adjacent to my room. Again in the morning at 9am, more noise from a PA system in the Car Park for another 2hrs. A lot of the staff at the Hotel were lethargic and the service level was poor. This was highlighted best at the breakfast hut, waiting for staff to set a table at 9:30am (breakfast was untl 10am), with 20 or so tables empty and replenish food, in case they had to put it back in storage again. The food quality wasn't the best, so I opted for an omlette and even then the chef had disappeared for 15 mins, eventually walking back very sluggish.

Review 125：Great location, with two entrances. Nice tropical gardens, large pool and a tranquil setting. Shops and amenities nearby. No need for transport, as everything was within walking distance.

Review 141：We spent 4 nights at this resort and we just loved the location!! It was perfect..on one side was the beach and the beach road and on the other side we were right in the center of town!! An amazing property, good service, comfortable rooms and overall a great experience:-)))
