Review 1：No Mosquito blinds and no where to hang net up, got badly bitten 2 nights running. Sink in bathroom was blocked and slow to drain. Booked sea view but didn't get although only 15m to beach. Building works happening at adjacent properties at the moment

Review 2：Clean and tidy bungalow close to beach with view of Big Buddah, also close to bars and restaurants but not busy like Chaweng so perfect for us, hop on hop off taxis drive right past so can explore other places easily

Review 11：There were no umbrella's on the beach so we had to move the seats to a coconuttree (the heat was sometimes unbearable). Also the bathroom (especially shower) is quite outdated.

Review 12：Price/quality is amazing! I really liked the atmosphere, and especially in the restaurant (very cozy)! They served great food for reasonable prices! Location is fantastic, within a couple of steps on the beach and two supermarkets within walking distance (2 min. walk). Also the staff is very friendly, booked boattickets for us to Koh Phangang and were always there to help. Really enjoyed our stay!

Review 14：Very pleasant personal, nice placement right on the beach, rooms are cleaning every day with tidiness. Clean beach, nice motorbike rent, plenty massages, shops and cafes are placed near this hotel. The view on the sea is great!

Review 16：The is nothing negative to mention. Should there be one thing, it might be the wi-fi. It was working 100% playing online poker in the room (as i do), but when laying on the beach there might be moments of disconnetion since it was further away from the room. But again, this is a small issue, close to meaningless:)

Review 21：Loved the location, right on the beach, and a 10 minute walk from the nearest tourist pier. Lots of restaurants, bars, but nice and quiet, which is what I wanted. The staff are fantastic, very helpful, polite, and highly recommend booking some tours through them. The WiFi was perfect, and the bed comfy. I ate at the restaurant most evenings and the food was good.

Review 22：The bed was fairly stiff, but the pillows were comfy. I didnt get out to explore that much but it didnt seem like there were very many amenities within walking distance, didnt bother me at all, just something to consider when choosing a destination.

Review 23：There was a private beach right at the back of the facility. The guy working reception and in the restaurant was very friendly and helpful. I conversed with him in very poor thai and he helped me with some translations. Great massage place right across the street, 7-11 about 100 yards away.

Review 24：The pillows were you load caused by a fungus, the mattress had no mattress pad on it, there was only a sheet. The rooms were okay for cleanliness, but not good.

Review 27：We only spent six hours at Kinnaree, as my partner needed somewhere to rest between checking out of the hospital and checking in at the airport. The staff at Kinnaree were amazing. I booked online an hour before we arrived, and we were allowed to check in early. The staff helped provide us with everything we needed, and did they best to keep my partner comfortable. I wish we could have stayed longer, great hotel and great prices. I would stay there anytime.

Review 28：Constant construction sounds starting early in the morning, including their own renovation and a new resort being built next door. One Sunday morning the jackhammers and concrete saws woke me up at 7:30am

Review 65：Amazing friendly staff right from the get go. When I was digging out the reservation the staff already knew my name and started to process the transaction. They had graciously upgraded us from a deluxe room to the seaside view room, right on the beach front. Conveniently located close to the Big Buddha pier where we arrived from Koh - Phangan.

It's not the liveliest area of koh samui, which we wanted as we were heading to koh phangan next and just wanted to relax

The staff were great at Kinnaree, the standard rooms are great and the deluxe rooms are great too just bigger and bit better shower but we stayed in both by mistake and we liked both.

The beach infront of hotel is clean.

Review 111：No mistake of the Hotel but unfortunately we were there only for a one night stop over on our way to Bangkok and to our bad luck it was the Full Moon party. Since the hotel next door had arranged boat transfers to Koh Phangan for their guests it was extremely noisey till about midnight when the boats came to pick up the party animals. On any other night I'm sure it would have been very quiet and peaceful.

Review 112：The beach was almost at our door step with the room we booked. Woke up to the sound of the waves which was lovely. Bike rentals right opposite the hotel and open till midnight. Would defintely stay there again and for longer but not during Full Moon or Half Moon parties!
