Review 1：No real problems, except for the bubble pool, being elderly I felt a rail would be useful for the steps by the whirl pool,very difficult to get in and out of it on your own!!

Review 5：Ladybird bar female that was serving was rude and not friendly at all also experienced a young girl walking out due to being to friendly to customers was really upsetting and few people went to assist the girl. I would've thought customer service would be paramount . I would also say that the a la Carte Mistral was the worst Chinese I have ever tasted. The waiter tried his best gave us 2 sweets because we couldn't eat main course

Can be a little noisy at night with all the club music, if you have small children, but if you are staying out late anyway it doesn't matter. I really cannot fault this hotel. The food choices are excellent and ALL staff are friendly and helpful.

Review 20：Rooms quite dated on the ladybird bar side, could do with an update. Could do with clean towels more regularly. Had booked a double bed room but were given a room with two beds pushed together however they moved us the very next day so not too much hassle. Snack bar could do with more variety but tasty food. Wifi only works well in reception area not in rooms.

Review 24：The staff at reception is rude. They favour Turkish guests over other guests. The hotel is full of tramps, who have no manners. So don't get surprised if you hear loud music at 4am coming from a hotel room next to you or underneath. The management don't do much about it unless you complain about hundred times. The beach is rubbish and the water is dirty. Definitely not a 4 star hotel! They wish!

Review 25：Not much really. The cleaning lady was very nice and always did a good job, but that's about it.

Review 26：Bed wasn't comfortable and the rooms were a bit small. No amenities unless you ask for it. Room safe costs per night... that was very shocking as all hotels I've been to the safe is included in the room. Front reception made a fuss about the reservation and didn't stick to the original price... although the difference was merely 15 euros it was still rude to do that.

They were always smiling and were ready to help us. We felt at home. + Everywhere in the hotel was clean. Even hotel was full, every part of the hotel was organised professionally. During mealtime we din not see any dirty place in the main restaurant. + Food was perfecttt, a lot of variety, fresh and so delicious. All food had special and homelike taste. I hope they will never change their cooks. + Even we liked guests of the hotel. All guests were polite, noiseless and tidy in common places. No weird eyes on you. Everybody was having nice day and fun. + Beautiful sea (but rocky sand). + We loved banana water sport and Peter Pan boat trip. Overall the hotel has beautiful and calm aura. We really loved Parkim Ayaz and look forward to return.

Review 32：The staff was young, not well trained, did not follow-through on setting up wifi, and did not give us "bracelets" for the property. When we went to the room, we were rudely stopped by the security guard as if we were trying to "sneak" into the property, just 15 minutes after checking in. The guard, and seemingly a front desk manager basically escorted us back to the front desk to prove we were guests and to get bracelets... After doing so, neither acknowledged or apologized for their judgement... Another time, we called the front desk for transportation information and the person was "almost bothered" by our asking questions.

Review 33：Location is good, if you want to be in the center of the nightlife. Not good, if you want quiet.

Review 34：Wifi was unreliable, even in the zones where signal was good. The property is not contiguous, meaning one needs to walk across public areas to reach other parts; not ideal for security and safety of the younger guests. This includes beach access as well.

Review 40：Hotel management did not care of the animals. There are plenty of leftover food that should be used to feed the animals, while the hotel policy is to don't feed them. Bathroom needs to be refurbished. Really loud at night. Bed's sheets are not changed often (we had to ask the courtesy to change after 1 week). No WiFi in the room. Tourists are holding all the sunbeds early in the morning, hotel should find a solution. Animation is really bad except for the 'Turkish night'.

Review 42：-breakfast needs more variety -beach itself isn't much, swimming-wise, little rocky -pool staff starts to clean poolside at 6.30-7, when pool closes at 8 (even the ones taken - they just put your towels, etc. elsewhere and pack up the mattresses) -i asked for airport transfer at reception a day before leaving and they forgot, had to take random taxi waiting outside the hotel, which was cheaper by 20 liras than the hotel offer (??!!) -music at the pool is loud house music for most of the day, same songs every day -had the option of having dinner one night at the a la carte turkish restaurant - not a good experience at all, food was sub-standard at best

Review 47：maybe the animation team need to cater for all levels - don't get me wrong - they were all good, happy and positive but just need to be aware that there are not just young people there. Cleanliness was generally good but please don't knock on the door asking to clean the room when the do not disturb sign is on! It's there for a reason - sleeping or other activities it has a meaning. It does need a refresh in terms of decor - but that's not really a big deal.

Review 48：lacation and own beach was a real plus. The food was always good so many choices that you will always find something you will enjoy. Staff overall were great and helpful - sometimes their demeanour says otherwise but they were always attentive and not in your face. Room was good and yes there's plenty of noise from the bars but if you're enjoying your holiday you will appreciate others enjoying theirs too. All the facilities were good and I throroughly enjoyed my stay but I had the best company you could wish for to make it even more special. Rooms were good and clean - don't fuss where you are in terms of noise - the overall feel was very comfortable and safe.

Review 54：The best thing is food facilities. They have very wide food selection for all meal. We ate different food everyday. Drinking is(alcholic/non-alcholic) unlimited. There is also nice watersports. Staffs are very king and helpful. There are many night clups and shopping boutiques arround hotel.

Review 55：The first night we were given a good room but it was facing the main street where there are a lot of night clubs with loud music til 2 am. We requested to move room and it was done quick. The second room was nice and very quiet. So an advice; request a quiet room if you are no planning to explore the night life.

Everything was kept to a high standard and the general manager (Eren) was very friendly and made every guest feel special which had a real personal touch about it. The facilities were great there was loads to do ( water sports) which wasn't lpart of the hotel but right outside the hotel run by Peter pan was a treat. Ringo was excillerating and boat trip a definite win. Entertainment and bar staff were very lively and kept the party going. Felt like home away from home.

Review 59：Nothing: first night it was a bit too loud for us to be able to fall asleep, but we moved to other rooms at calmer side of the hotel. I needed different pillow and they found it! So, really nothing negative!!!

Review 60：We went there to have my bachelorette trip and it couldn't be better! People of Parkim Ayaz have a common goal of making the most out of your time. We had amazing food made by friendly cooks, spa day perfected by Nesrin&Hasan (lovely couple), barmen made us amazing cocktails and kept them coming :) animation team made sure that we had fun day&night! We were 7 girls and felt always safe! It was hard to leave that place and I'm sure we're coming back!!!

I like the fact that they also serve snacks and ice cream throughout the afternoon so even you miss breakfast or lunch you still have some food to eat. Staff was excellent and very helpful and during time we spent there I have not seen any staff being disrespectful to anybody. We stayed at Bubble Pool side which was the quietest place I think and we enjoyed it. I want to thank to management of hotel and all the staff; hopefully, I will visit this place again.
