Review 1：The proximity to the airport and being practically under the flight path. Also it would be a nice touch to be allowed to shower in a borrowed room for a late check out , having to get ready/dressed in a pool toilet for a long journey home .

Review 2：The warm welcome with the cold towel & drink, very much appreciated, also the lovely fruit delivered to my room.

Review 3：I loved the villas we had right near the beach - the staff were excellent and the pool area was clean. The bar was great especially happy hour. Loved it, we will definitely be returning. Breakfast was also very good.

Review 4：The hotel was old, no towel racks to hang towels. The mattress on the bed was horrible, you could feel each coil on the top and sides of the bed. The large pads/pillows on outddoor furniture were worn and torn; tables and chairs at outdoor restaurant chipped and old. The gardens were not manicured, grass/weeds not mowed for awhile, There was very little sand and all the boats that take tourists out to the islands were parked in the water so it was a parking lot with gasoline in the water, staff was not helpful at all.

Review 10：The staff were very helpful and keen to please. Beautiful surroundings with fantastic view. The location suited us as there is great places to visit either side of our resort .

Review 12：The beach side villa, massive room, massive bath and lovely view of the sea and beach, much more private than the poolside villas. Restaurant food at night, breakfast was ok but have had better and would have liked more options for the price.

Review 13：If you need something close to the airport, this is just a 10 minute drive. It's a little dated, but clean and comfortable, and the receptionist one of the nicest I ever met. Every request was met with a smile, and nothing was a problem. Appreciated the fruit platter on check in, and the hotel driver service.

Review 15：Wonderful location right on a private beach. Tastefully decorated, spacious rooms with a wonderful view of the garden and the sea. Close proximity to the airport (5-10 minutes drive) with only limited airplane noise. Staff was very friendly, also for the children.

Review 16：I had an absolutely fabulous stay and I would highly recommend this resort. My villa was stunning and the management and staff are warm,friendly and definitely go the extra mile to assist you. The atmosphere and energy of the resort is amazing. I will definitely be staying there again!

Review 44：as I said, it's close to the ferry pier, which also means, that this hotel is located on the dirtiest and uncharming piece of beach I've seen in a long time. Sadly, this applies to a lot of Koh Samui's Beaches. the hotel itself is not very pretty and tasteful, but rather "functional". So, only ifyou're passimg thru and need a place to stay overnight that's near to the pier, I would recommend it

Review 52：Had to ask 3 times ( days ) for a lost i-play game and had to threatenwith Devu hotel owner Pilaipan where we stayed the first night to bringin her security ( my daughter is a teacher at Oonrak school ) and thengot it back in 10 minutes with batteries flat.
