Review 1：We could hear people from the room next door, it was a bit noisy.

Review 2：Nice place in a good location, lot of opportunities how to spend time (bowling, wellness).

Review 3：you have to remember its only a 3*, however on arrival my special requests i made were not ready and staff were then wrongly advised of our needs. hotel was not busy yet we were not offered an upgrade despite tiny room being offered. Restaurant staff were a bit grumpy and plates snatched away before you could take your last mouthful. No soft drinks offered free with evening meal. Building works going on all around hotel grounds which i was not told on booking hotel.

Review 4：loads on offer for the kids! Everything you possibly need is on your doorstep.. Very close to Stary Smokovec which has many bars and restaurants. Heating in room was good. Clean bathroom with basic toiletries. Reception staff very happy and welcoming during day and night. My daughter loved Mini Me club and i equally loved the several saunas and steam rooms on offer.

Review 5：We enjoyed are stay at atrium hotel as a family with 5y old and 8m old baby. Strongly recommend this hotel for families. All areas reachable with buggy.play soft area with nice animators which care after your child all day long for free! For older kids game area with table football any many others. Great bowling area.nice sunny restaurant with mountains view and delicious meals at reasonable prices.spa and wellness with massages and skin procedures.5 saunas and whirlpool for free. 200m from slopes suitable for beginners and kids, with ski rent and ski school.very nice,new,good looking hotel with helpful staff. nice,warm family room but little tiny for family of 4. recommend book neighbour room which are connected with door. Really recommend this hotel :)

Review 6：After check in we cant have openned the room with a card. The same problem had our neighbours. Receptionist gave us a key and told us it had been a problem since renovation. Few times the receptionist wasnt present at the reception but was sitting in the nearby room and came just on the ringing bell. In the evening we went to the hotel restaurant to diner a la carte. We chose a table facing a valley with a nice view. However the waiter told us to move to another table because the table was not prepared. Also, the waiter should have paid more attention to its hygiene and take a shower when serving meals to customers.

Review 10：Slow check in - the front desk could not find the booking.com reservation; to avoid that have your confirmation printed. There is some construction going on which may be bothering if you are in the room during working hours.

Review 12：the receptionist was not helpful at all. 1. there was no soap to have a shower (empty box) in the afternoon, she said we have to wait until next day morning when housekeeping will be done (i.e. after our check out). non-sense! 2. she disregarded my compliant when i could not exit parking area due to cars parking in the exit way. finally, other guest helped me to exit the back-entrance. 3. we checked-in late evening and she said no way we can get dinner, sandwich or any food. (luckily staff was much more friendly at the restaurant and we got food at the end after 5 hours of driving there!)

Review 14：- lack of a bar for adults instead of 'sharing' it with a bowling alley/bar - the cold in the bowling 'bar' and reception( during the summer period!) - not having wireless Internet in rooms - a designated smoking area - receptionists should inform the guests what the hotel offers in terms of the wellness treatments, buffet style diners, etc.

Review 16：The room was beautiful, clean and comfortable. The wellness center was fantastic. A very nice touch after a day of hiking. The breakfast was plentiful and great. I loved everything and had a wonderful stay.

Review 19：Wellness section is nice and well equipped, but it was weird, that you are not allowed to wear bathing suit in the saunas, but in the wellness area you should do so, and there is no area to change clothes. So it's a little bit complicated that you leave the sauna, but can not change to bathing suit in order to get a shower... There is a door between every second room, enabling this way to stay together for families while the door is open. However depending on your neighbors it might be annoying if you hear too much of them through this door even if closed... As the hotel forms a circle you have to be very lucky in order to get a room with full mountain panorama (like me :) - most of the rooms have only partial panorama. Some staff members lack proper knowledge of English language and a lot of information materials are also available in Slovakian only (e.g. hotel information folder in your room, description of the different saunas in the wellness department etc.)

Review 20：Very good location, directly at Novy Smokovec elektricka station, close to Stary Smokovec centre / cable car to Hrebienok. Nice, newly refurbished, clean rooms and hotel, nice panoramic view to the mountains (Slavkovski peak).

Review 21：There are some strange rules, eg. kids under 15 are not allowed to stay in the wellness area after 6 pm - but luckily this rule was not considered by staff at all.

Review 22：Location: center on Stary Smokovec is only a few minutes walk, train station is just few 10 meters. Newly renovated hotel, everything is modern and in good shape. Wellness center is pleasureful and not crowded. Good buffet breakfast.

Review 23：WiFi didnt work in our room, in reception 5 euro deposit we got a cable, but we didnt find where to plug it in. In a reception we were told to move heavy bed an to search beneath. It worked, but I cant imagine my wife moving such heavy bed.

Review 47：There was something wrong with the management and a concept of this hotel. Only one person in the reception for the medium-sized 4 floor hotel and a single (!) tiny elevator. An arrival of a group of tourists literally paralyze the hotel. Secondly, do not be mislead by the mountain view. The real mountain view might be available only from a small part of rooms. I do not consider the offer as a mountain look if I have to lean over the balcony to fully enjoy it. Moreover it supposed to be a business level hotel with its spa and conference center but there some really bizarre things inherent for a economy class hotel such as not working remotes, no wi-fi internet, shower "cabin" with curtain, a visible gap in the outer doors. Finally the breakfast is boring and two coffee machines making only warm (not hot) water are pathetic. On the other hand this hotel would be rather OK but not for the price they are asking. Never ever....

Review 53：It was a bit hard to communicate with the reception stuff in English (the only foreign languish I know well enough to talk with others) that beside one of them, barely speaks English. Some of them know a Germen. I couldn’t use the wired internet in my room and had to do so in the reception hall where wi Fi was available. Even though I announced about it, and complained as well, no solution was given to me for the all time of my stay there. The stuff in the reception hall certainly noticed that I used the internet there instead of in my room and despite the kinkiness and empathy of the reception stuff that I felt, they didn’t actually brought to solution my problem!

Review 54：The location of the hotel is excellent (near the train station) and cant be missed because of its unique architecture. The stuff was very kind and showed empathy and tendency to help as possible. Food was great and diversified. My room (and probably more other rooms) had spectacular views to the mountains.

Review 55：The hotel is announed as four-star on booking.com, but is de facto a three-star hotel. The single rooms are a bit small.
