Review 1：The room cleaner order us to do exactly what she told like she's the boss. The bed is super dirty with blood stains and public hair, she even told us she did not change it since it looks new. Bad bad bad all the way.

Review 9：Having booked my bus ticket to hoi an through the hotel they charged me 170k dong for a sleeper bus and 30k dong for a hotel pickup to the bus station. The following morning when I left the hotel there was a taxi driver waiting outside.twice I asked him was he waiting for me & twice he said yes. When we got to the bus station he then wanted 100k dong for a 5min journey. Now I know thats not entirely the hotels fault but if they are charging there guests for hotel pickup then they should be warning guests of the scam that's happening outside to guests with "the locals". I have a funny feeling that this is not the 1st time that this has happened.

Review 11：Mostly everything. Bathroom was so small it was difficult to negotiate door. Breakfast for westerners almost inedible. A very grim experience.

Review 23：Going by car from Danang to Nha Trang, this year I decided to make a stop over to Quy Nhon as the road is quite tiring. When I booked the hotel, I imagined that it was located in front of a nice sandy beach and that I and the family could relax on the beach after a 6-7 hour hard drive. However while not far from the seaside there is no beach around and it is not very attractive, so we rested in our rooms instead before having a dinner in a seafood restaurant nearby. And we decided to go to Nha Trang, early the next morning after having our breakfast.

Review 24：while the location was not what I had expected, I have no other complaint. It is a fair hotel with two positive points for me: I could have a car parking place in their not very large garage upon reservation, and the free breakfast was better than expected.

The guy on the desk when I checked out was totally clueless. There is a total lack of English comprehension here.
