Review 1：The furniture and equipment was way too old..the appartment looked like great grandmother's flat...although it was clean, you could see it was very used...The breakfast was too modest...and the food like eggs was cold...

Review 2：Great location, nice building, quite and spacious room. For one it was ok.

Review 3：The room was very warm, and the temperature could not be reduced. We had to open the window a bit to be comfortable, which was strange at -10 degrees outside.

Review 4：The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast was plenty and fine, so as the dinner (but with smaller variety). Our room was quite good and clean.

Review 7：We found the beds a little uncomfortable, but this is only a minor, constructive comment. The water in the bathroom took a while to get hot.

Review 8：Spacious room with huge balcony (shared). Great position overlooking the valley, set back from the road. Mountain views to the rear. We had problems initially using the wi-fi, but only because the lady at reception did not realise significance of upper case in a letter of password. Then worked like a dream.

Review 10：Excellent local train service with station very close to hotel. This allowed us to reach beautiful mountain resorts. Charming and helpful hotel staff.

Review 12：Oustandingly helpful and kind staff. We went there off-season, so for a few days we were the only ones there. Nevertheless, service was impeccable, breakfast had great range even for just us two (for example freshly made scrambled eggs on demand). The keepers (a married couple) where always at our disposal with a smile and helpful hints for our activities. Great 1920s central European aristocracit atmosphere with spacious rooms and apartments and nicely decorated and equipped common areas. Location is great, great view, restaurants, railway station, ski resorts etc. nearby. Very quiet and relaxing in off-season.

Review 27：In need of a bit of TLC - some floor tiles in the bathroom a bit loose, some cracked and peeling paint on the walls and plastic flowers on the wall do not give good impression. Our room was dreadfully overheated. No hair dryer in room nor in in the reception.

Review 28：Perfect position for people travelling by public transport. Staff were friendly, polite and attentive, they went an extra mile to help us.The hotel is quiet and still has some character. Breakfast buffet was fresh, substantial and replenished regularly and also served for a long slot.

Review 29：The hotel has misbooked our dates and didn't seem worried about this. On arrival our rooms were cold and damp and it took an immense amount of trouble to get the heating switched on even briefly, then and every day thereafter; some days there was no heating at all, even though the nights were cold. The bathroom was small and poorly ventilated, with nowhere to hang towels to dry, and low water pressure made the shower almost unusable. In the end, because the staff didn't appear to care and would not or could not improve matters, we gave up and moved to another hotel 2 days before the end of our holiday; this is the first time ever that we have had to do this in 5 years of extensive travelling using booking.com.
