Review 1：Adorable hotel in a great location with views of the mountains and valley. The apartment was newly remodeled and has an amazing shower! We are excited to stay again. I recommend it to anyone looking for a cute room in a mountain town.

Review 5：Just for information, it didn't bother us but the are cockerels crowing in the morning and church bells. Not an issue unless you're a poor sleeper. Loved the area and esp the walk up mount Krn. Stunning.

Review 6：Had a one bedroom apartment. Can't fault the facilities. Was great to have a shady terrace off the bedroom for breakfast and romantic dinners on the balcony watching the sun go down.

Review 14：We had come to the Socha Valley to walk and Martin helped us enormously by giving us rides to surrounding villages so that we could walk back [not out and back]. We enjoyed our conversations on the way and learned about the area from him. Our room was fresh and new and looked over the garden.

Review 15：The rooms are new, very cosy and the bed is extremely comfortable. The apartments are located in the centre of the prettiest town in the region. The owners were very nice. We were very satisfied.

Rooms and kitchen have a good size. Familyowned. Very helpful in a professional and caring way. Nice and quiet surroundings to come home in the evening and wake up in the morning. A tiny grocerystore around the corner for fresh bread every morning and two min to center of Kobarid. Grandfather(84), kids (15 and 12) and myself enjoyed our stay and would choose this appt again. He even took the time to contact us by phone to see where we were. - Very clean and fully equipped apartment. - Good to have the airconditioning. - Nice view from the balcony. - The owner gave good advice about the environment.

Review 26：Excellent apartment (newly built) and nice location (Kobarid is a small village, with nearby pizza and fish restaurant; supermarket) We stayed with a small kayak team to ride the Soca river. We could leave our spare material in a large garage. The owners were very kind, and helpful . We're already making plans to come back !
