Review 1：Smelled liked the food that was being cooked. Air Conditioner didn't work in the room. Not much hot water or water pressure in shower.

Review 11：Internet was very slow, although my room was cleaned new cups were not provided, ice machine was broken ice was provided in a cooler though. These are all little things so if you're on a tight budget and happen to be in Champaign-Urbana on a weekend where everybody is jacking up their rates, this is a decent option.

Review 13：The hotel is very old and run down. It smells bad. Water is either cold or scalding hot. Ice machine did not work; ice was in a cooler sitting next to the ice machine. Noisy all night. Very shady neighborhood; feared for safety of ourselves, and our vehicle.

Review 34：there were no eating places within walking distance of this location. there was some concern about security in the parking lot overnight that even the desk clerk mentioned, without our asking, that they had someone watching the lot during the night. when we parked and checked in, the grass cutters covered the front end and hood of our car with clippings. going to a Corvette show, that is not good.
Review 35：booked at the last minute for the event in town, so we were a bit limited to what we had to choose from. the desk clerk was friendly and helped with directions. for the dollars spent and the only real need was a bed and shower, this older facility worked out ok.
Review 36：We arrived Saturday to check in only to be told they did not have our reservation for the 3 non-smoking rooms that I had booked 8 months prior, and that it had not been transferred or kept in their system when ownership changed in December 2012. The woman at the desk did her best to find us 3 rooms, but only one was non-smoking which we gave to my 86yr old father. She would not/could not? honor the $75/night rate, wanted to charge $125/night, settled on $99/night, and then made us pay up front. Of the other 2 room( which were smoking) one was totally and completely unbearable, reeking of smoke, and we went back to be refunded for that room. Our son had to go to sleep on our daughter's couch at her apartment. The 2nd room that we kept, as well as the room we declined and was refunded for, were the worst hotel rooms I have ever been in; the bedding, curtains, carpet, bath tub ledge were all full of cigarette burn holes, the screen on the window was shredded and torn, the shower didn't work, the bottom sheet on the bed was a flat sheet, which is what is done if there are possible bed bugs. The only reason the second room didn't smell as bad, was that it had been recently painted after prior hotel guests had a paintball fight in the room, which was obvious by the lingering blotches of paint colors on the carpet and walls. You might want to remove this hotel from your listings.
Review 37：there was a coffee maker in the room but no coffee. The room was not worth $115.00/night just because there was a demand in the area for the graduation in the university. Some outlets were not working. I had plugged in my phone to recharge and it did not charge overnight.

Review 48：I booked a room with King bed. Upon checking in I got a standard room with double beds. Air did not work, room was stuffy and hot. Maid service did not come until after 4:00. Outlet with the alarm clock was tied to the light switch. Turned the lights off and the alarm clock went off.
Review 49：Super uncomfortable. Room smells very bad. Bed frames old and dirty.Shower is not working, had to sit in the tube and bent my whole body inorder to shower. Ordered a 2 queen beds room but the room only comeswith a queen bed, so had to pay an extra 30 bucks for another bed. Paida total 100 bucks for a night. No worth it at all.
