Review 1：Spotty dining room service... Didn't have 2 of three wine selections and were out of a couple of entrees. We ate at 8 PM, so not an odd hour.

Review 3：Poor breakfast and staff at reception were unable to provide assistance to locate nearby areas. Management were not flexible with the booking, and lacked hospitality skills. Was going to stay there again, but will not now and recommend to avoid if possible .

Review 7：Fantastic hotel - the perfect layover before our adventure in the Pantanal! There was an incredible selection of foods for breakfast and the staff are extremely helpful and friendly.

Review 8：The pool is a decent size for swimming in. The breakfast was one of the best I've encountered in hotels in a long time, as far as buffets go. They give you your own thermos with coffee and tea!

Review 25：towels have seen better days. doubling in room rate because of the World Cup Breakfast - lack of decent bacon. Americans may like their bacon burnt to a crisp, the rest of the world doesn't Restaurant in general. I only ate evening meal there once and ordered a medium rare fillet mignon. What I got was an overdone thin piece of steak that was almost inedible. I suggest that you ask your chef to look up the definition of fillet mignon..

Review 29：There was noise from outside at night due to post match partying but this was the World Cup and it was part of experience.

Review 30：I was there for two weeks during the World Cup. The hotel was full for much of the time but the staff coped wonderfully. I would definitely recommend it.
