Review 1：Room is small, with 1 window to the backyard and 1 to the wall. Furniture and facilities are old, tap at washstand wasn't working, TV remote control has old batteries and did not work as well. WiFi was very bad.

Review 2：Reception checked-in us quickly, very late at night. Room is the same as at the pictures, clean and has hot water. Hotel generally is good. Situated conveniently right in front of Bus station and large BigC and METRO supermarkets..

Review 3：Right opposite the bus station; nice welcome & staff were happy to accommodate way beyond check-out time with drinks & TV; great wifi; great shower; great bed; nice little room; lots of street food just outside the bus station.

Review 4：This hotel is practically next door to the bus station. Great if you are just staying overnight to break up a long bus trip. The owners don't speak much English, but they are helpful. If you are in search of ongoing bus tickets just take a right out of the hotel door and there is a mini-bus booking place that stays open late just a couple doors down.

Review 5：When I came to check in room, the receptionist and the boss told "they are full of service and they can not service for me" but I already booked before. They just said because they not yet closed room on booking page.

Review 7：This was last place available on net, so booked, but this is the worst hotel we've ever experienced. The room was crawling with mould, the windows were rusted and in danger of falling out, it clearly hadn't been cleaned (layers of dirt built up), mites crawling in the bathroom, window looked over rubbish strewn garden, no free water as promised, just awful. Don't go here!

Review 8：Rather long walk to only Western restaurant we could find (Barbara's) - but later discovered deli at Big C. Noisy buses on one side of Hotel.

Review 9：Bus station and Big C (mall) across the street. Owner gave us ride to Barbara's (restaurant) first day. Quy Nhon very quiet and pleasant town. Very few tourists. Refreshing stop between Nha Trang and Hoi An.

Review 14：It is pretty far outside the city center, but they offer motorbike rental.

Review 15：Very friendly staff, even though they speak little english they try there best and can arrange everything for you (bustickets etc). When asking for internet cafe, they gave us their laptop for free! Clean towels everyday and cleaned the sheets in the three nights we stayed here. Very close to the nearest beach and very big supermarket (metro). Excellent streetfood next door!

Review 16：The leaking Shower The shower combined with toilet and bathroom in acloset. The complete lack of english spoken by the staff. The lack oftoilet paper. The area was pretty dead. The cramped size of the room.The mattress as comfortable as a bed of bricks.
