Review 1：Breakfast was more 3 star quite basic really think they could improve on this. Unfortunately there seemed to be a problem with tiny ants which is probably very difficult to treat these were whilst having breakfast as it was on the beach and some in the room in one of the wardrobes.

Review 2：We got upgraded on arrival to a much bigger room with a huge bath. Gardens were really pretty staff maintaining them all the time. Loved the location next to the beach with the most amazing sunsets. Great location lots of restaurants bars on the doorstep. Loved the pool bar. Liked to say a big. Alex who worked in the entertainment team who was always friendly and encouraged us to join in activities.

Review 8：My teenagers stayed in the deluxe family room which was quite run down compared to the other accomodations on the property. The fountain in he front of their rooms was broken and smelled like Sulfur. My husband and I stayed in the bungalows, which was roomy and great location.

Review 9：I thought that overall the resort was lovely. I would stay again. It was nice having a choice of two pools, or the beach for a swim. Breakfast buffet was great, had plenty of choices for all types of eaters. Loved being able to walk every night to different restaurants and shopping.

Review 16：Beautiful resort with amazing facilities. The beach, the pools and bars were all great! The entertainment team were really friendly, fun and helpful. Great location to explore surrounding islands etc.

Review 23：Breakfast not great. Bed incredible hard and uncomfortable, plus 2 singles pushed together with 2 separate duvets was not really what we wanted or expected! A real shame. Sunloungers need replacing. Half are broken. The reception staff can barely speak English. I found them very rude and unhelpful. Bell boys failed to turn up on check out day to collect bags despite being booked in.

Review 24：Huge room, great location near the beach and main road of ao nang, but not so close to town you're disturbed by the noise. Beach towels. Good pool. Grounds well kept. Tour desk fairly helpful.

Review 26：Access to the beach, facilities such as two pools and gym also security gave peace of mind! The room was lovely and very close nature. Resort itself was beautiful. Also allotment growing fresh vegetables. The list goes on!

Review 35：Only two small things. First was our shower temperature was all over the place. It would fluctuate between freezing and boiling hot, and never stayed on one temperature. Second one was my personal travel towel went missing from the room one morning during the cleaning of the room. It took a few days to get back with a lot talking to the front desk staff and the house keeping staff. However, did get the towel back :) all okay in the end.

Review 36：Krabi was pretty amazing. We stayed there for 6 nights and all the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was large and luxurious. The buffet breakfast was a highlight, along with the cocktails the many bars sell. Pool is great, and amazing beach access. Wifi is great too. It's pretty much all great.

Review 38：Our room had a terrible odour- we should have requested a new room upon arrival! The staff on reception have very poor English, we reported a "missing" credit card and they had no idea what we were talking about. These were our only negatives!

Review 42：The room service did not replenish our complimentary water and check in staff merely said that water was free; Evian water bottles from the minibar were placed right next to the complimentary water. The hotel staff charged us minibar rates on checkout and did not listen to our explanations. Given that room rates are already not cheap, they could have been a little bit more generous! Not a good last impression.

Review 44：Krabi Resort is a nice hotel, located about 5 minutes from Aonang Beach. In Aonang Beach, there are plenty of eateries and bars to choose from. Road side stalls selling the usual ware found in Thailand. In Krabi Resort, it has a nice beach front, where you can have breakfast and watch a magnificent sunset. It also has two swimming pools for you to choose from. Overall value for money

Review 45：Originally, booked pool view delux thinking it was easier access, then found AC was noisy at night as well as music from street went on till late. They upgraded the room next morning on the hillside. As the curtains are white, the room gets light from early morning which could be darker but over all it was comfy.

Review 46：The hotel is right on the main street in one side and the other is in front of beach where you can walk to the pier much quicker, too. Staff were ecxellent wnen I got sick then came with me to the emergency clinic by the hotel van.

Great location for bars, restaurants and shopping. Around an hour by taxi to the main pier and from the airport but transport not expensive

Review 50：I stayed at the Bungalow hut, it's pretty old and the toilet smelled of sewerage. Upon complaint, the staff sprayed some scent, which only lasted a few hours and then the awful horrible smell came back.

Review 52：Facilities were very basic and poor - pool was dirty (tasted salty), poolside tables were black with dirt and lizard poo. The pools (there were two) did not look much like the photos on ad. Bed was rock hard. Some staff were friendly, but the worst were the reception staff - poor customer service, bad attitude, unsmilling. English language comprehension was a big problem. Wanted an extra towel and got interrogated about why i need an extra one since there was only one of me. I think the resort looks tired and dirty and needs some serious revamping. Wifi connection was also poor. Also - do not choose garden view - pay more for pool view.

Review 54：in the website they said the credit card won't be charge when making reservation , but the hotel charged me one day before I came to Krabi , which is really annoying. Also the air condition is too noisy to sleep, they need fix this. And this is a bit expensive cause the other hotels which in the same street have better service and almost same conditions but charge about half price.

The staff for breakfast each morning were also friendly and approachable. The staff behind reception lacked customer service skills, no smile, poor English and very rude and disresepectful attitudes - not helpful at all.

We also found a beautiful little cake in our fridge which had "happy honeymoon" written on it and a fruit basket. All staff were amazing. The resort had 3 bars with happy hour at different times. We will definitely be staying again and would recommend to others.

Review 67：The beach of Krabi is not that nice so swimming in the sea at the resort beach was not so nice. The restaurant was pricey and the steak was quite tough!

Review 78：I like that the resort provide transfer from room to lobby which it's so convenient as I bring my 3 years old daughter & the resort areas are large. The room is clean & cozy. Perfect location where you can find many shops and restaurant as you walk out from the resort. 1 minute walking distance to Yaminlah Pancake (the infamous) and many other street food (stalls). They served variety of food for breakfast & provide plastic cutlery/mug (Mickey Mouse/Hello Kitty) for the kids. I love the feeling of having breakfast by the beach. Staff is helpful & speak English fluently. We request for massage in our room and I'm happy with their services. I request the resort to decorate a swan on our bed and yes they did it. Spacious bathroom with large bath tub. Had a good time in Krabi Resort. Definitely will return back!

Review 79：We stayed at the ground floor and one of my friends was bitten frequently by mosquitoes although there is a netting at the glass sliding door. The next traveller have to be prepared with mosquitoes rebellant if they intend to stay at Krabi Resort.

Review 105：We asked for an ironing board and they said they didn't have one. Room service was delivered on plates only, no tray with condiments. There were many tiny tiny aunts in the room every where and u can't leave anything that is edible in an open space. That was the worst. They need proper insecticides. There was a huge rat outside our door. They only give you one key card to the room and u have to leave it at the front desk each time you leave the hotel.

Review 106：The rooms were beautifully designed. Good seclusion and the pool area was beautiful too. The location is near everything u may need. The food quality is good and our room was always made up when we got back.

Review 107：The WiFi is absolutely hopeless!!!! The signal is fine, but it doesn't connect if more than 10 people in the whole resort are trying to use it!!! It must be fixed!!! If the resort is empty (like on some days we were there) it is fine, but if the resort gets busy, forget about the internet, it just wont work! You've been warned!

Review 108：Location is amazing, right on beach. Received free upgrade to beach-side villa. Some Villas are nice, others are old. Breakfast also amazing, such variety! Overall excellent hotel... except...

Review 109：The staff is not helpful at all. We went to the reception to ask them if they can get us a taxi or TUTU as it was raining heavily outside, but they ask us to walk to the main road ourselves. It wasn't shelter and they didn't even offer us umbrella.

Review 112：Beautiful room, adjoining with our daughters. Breakfast the best. Staff are all very friendly and helpful. The gardens and grounds are stunningly beautiful.

Review 113：Staff barely speaks english. Free white slippers were washed at least 10 times, therefore it was impossible to use them, because they were used to much. The roof was leaking in our bathroom, while it was raining. There were some small ants in the room. After one of the rains, there was a rope probably fallen from roof. Problem was, the rope was with big brown ants and there were lots of them. Got bitten, it really hurts. Staff could not understand the problem. Had to show it with fingers. Not smart wi-fi policy. Pool had a strange blue colour, probably it has not been cleaned for a while.

Management has a problem with restaurant when a tour arrives other guests cannot use general restaurant in the evening. they allocate tables outside near the beach. Fantastic on a warm night but not so good when it is windy or rainy. Not quite as many restaurants provided as advertised for general use. Again staff try so hard to make everyone happy but what can they do with this situation.

Review 122：Our bungalow was close to the beach (we hed an upgrade due to renovation works in the hotel). The swimmingpool was beautiful with a pool bar and a bubble bath area. The monkeys were funny and everything in Ao Nang was within walking distance, I think this is the only hotel with a private beach. Tot watch the sunset was fabuleous.

Review 123：Too many mosquitoes in the room day and night. Resort should have had pick-up service to and from the resort to the airport. Bath tub did not have hot water.

Review 125：The theme running throughout this hotel seems to be a water theme. They have lagoons and ponds and stagnant water surrounding all of the rooms that are anyway near to the pool. Normally this wouldn't bother me,but Mosquitos are attracted to these and so there are a lot more of them around then is normal. On arrival we had 14 of them in our room(and I hate them! They always seem to go for me) The reception sent someone with a spray to get rid of them and it worked but every time housekeeping cleaned the room they left doors open and we were met with loads of new ones that night. Obviously I know the hotel can't control the Mosquitos but the water features were a bad idea. Just prepare for the insects and lizards and frogs(some poisonous)that the ponds attract.

Review 126：We were given a free room upgrade on arrival which we were delighted about. The room was beautiful! The hotel itself is in an ideal location. So close to bars,restaurants and shops, while being far enough away from them that you don't hear any noise from traffic or loud music from clubs by night.They have a private beach area which is lovely. And the pools are nice too.

Review 129：Firstly the shower pressure was so bad. My other half said he could pee with more pressure. Secondly our TV kept switching on and off. When we informed the staff and requested for a change of room, they said they will send a mechanic to fix. They mechanic did come but the problem wasn't solved and she just left without offering any alternative. The TV issue wasn't resolved at all. Thankful we were out most of the time but everytime we had to shower we dreaded it because of the speed and pressure of the shower. Pool bar / swimming pool had so much of litter and ants. Private beach area felt private (away from public but also loads of litter). We dreaded every time we had to shower. Thankfully we were out most of the time . I'm never ever coming back and never recommending this place to anyone. If you sill come here despite my review and have a bad time, shame on you. Please stay elsewhere

Review 140：Hard to communicate with staff. We stayed in older part, the room had a bad smell that wouldn't go away. The hotel had a guy come spray something but the smell was back the next day. If you stay here pay money to stay in the newer section

Review 141：Great location, close to everything . Pool and beach were great. Great air conditioning in rooms. If you stay here, pay money to stay in the newer section.
