Review 2：We liked the private beach, good food and restaurants within the hotel, and the spa center. Staff is trying their best.

Review 3：I have visited more than 180 cities around the world because of my lifestyle and my work. Normally, I choose nice hotels so that I do not needto complain because I get what I expect. Unfortunately, my strategyfailed this time and I am forced to report below.I don't know where to start. So, I will list as much as possible:- did not get the room that I booked (booked months ago)- cocky receptionist- got the room with the darkest street of the facility, so that our room did not get light- room was old. interior design was from ages- we expect to see high class of customers as per the amount that we paid for the hotel. On contrary, hotel was like a pension or B&B facility (please, no offense to anybody)- food was terrible (foreigners might like the food considering they don't know the real Turkish Food quality. As a Turkish person, I rate their food 3 out of 10.- food were either stale and/or bad prepared with bad taste.- juices were bad- Turkish tea was not Turkish Tea.- My 14 months old daughter had very bad stomach ache in the first night because of hotel's stale food. She cried whole night.- my wife had diarrhea in the morning of second day and I had diarrhea after lunch of second day- we ran away from the hotel at 6:00 at the check-out day fearing we might get poisoned from the breakfast.- even though hotel is all-inclusive, staff were reluctant to provide drink/food that we asked for. Or it is not a surprise to hear they don't have anything other than cheddar cheese when you asked for a mixed omelet because they were run out of everything but cheddar.- coke were mixed with water and what I drank was not coke anymore but water with coke drops.- mattress were dirty and when we asked a clean sheet from the cleaning lady, it never came so we slept with AC off and without any cover.

Review 17：- Guests (especially English and Scottish) who started drinking after breakfast because it's free bar and they were very extremely rude, shouting and unpleasant. - The rooms are very old, dirty very old carpets, bathrooms with discusting smell and humit problems. - The hotels around were playing very loud music until very late hours, couldn't get a decent sleep. - Nice stuff but unfriendly, not helpful and not smiling management.

Review 19：service was not good , amount of employee was not enough , they were not able to keep clean the facilities good enough. there were several alternatives for food but almost same, no meat choices, it was obvious that they were looking for cheap food , the cook was good but the materials purchased for the kitchen was not in good quality.

Review 21：Rooms In this hotel are below bottom line, one star at its best if not zero star. Rooms are old, dirty, uncomfortable, and the views are horrible. Don't be fooled, by the 5 star rating of this hotel. Believe me it is not and my family and I left it to go to the Hilton instead after spending the night at the WOW.

Review 48：The room was dirty and there wasnt cleaning during the stay. didnt change towels and bed cover, I was asking many times. The remote control was brocken and again no repair for it.

Review 51：the rooms were terrible. The furniture was hideous and old. the beds were soo uncomfortable we both had trouble sleeping. Loud music plays till late - once the air conditioning is on it sort of drowns out the noise.

Review 53：rooms are not soundproof, you can hear everything your neighbor is doing. wi-fi worked only in the main lobby and occasionally on the beach, which is a good incentive to keep you out of the room))) the beach opens officially at 8 am, however people go there and "reserve" sunbeds as early as 7 am! So, many sunbeds are occupied by the time when the beach opens and hotel staff starts giving you towels. I suggest one should bring his own towels as there is no point waiting till 8 to see that almost half of sunbeds are occupied by that time.

Review 54：The hotel is well located in Gumbet with the nice views over the bay. The check in was quick, but the porters are in the short supply, I had to bring my luggage to the room myself. There are lots of stairs in this hotel so be ready for some exercise! The rooms have dated decor, but are cleaned regularly and the conditioner was working. Tap water is not drinkable, but they supply minibars with water (2 bottles per room) and other drinks daily. The food is ok with the breakfast is a little bit samey after the long stay. There are four a la carte restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Mediterranean and one with the self-made barbeque) that can be visited once per week of one`s stay. The beach is half shingle and half sand so I was wearing rubber shoes while swimming. The water is crystal clear!

Review 55：The room are not sound proof.if you have noisy neighbour next to you, you are in trouble. Internet connection is very low specially if you are far from the lobby. I not recommended the boat trip with the company of the hotel. There is no service at all, specially if you go for private boat. Them boat is old and dirty... You better have to walk away and fine and other company.

Review 57：It's 5 star resort, not 5 star hotel. Mine was a late booking, almost 200€ per night. I imagine everyone else was on much cheaper all-inclusive deals. Bedrooms truly awful, like a 1970s English b&b. I checked out after one night. At least they gave me a full refund

Likely to be very crowded at peak times around main pool as sunbeds very close. Conference people being given sole use of some areas for activities and restaurant areas. Large advertising signs for same placed in pool area.

Review 62：Family atmosphere. Friendly and hard working entertainment team - nice to you whether you joined in activities or not and had time to speak to you within the hotel grounds. Activities based around main pool for those less able bodied people. Helpful and receptive to suggestions Customer Relations staff. Variety of food and choice of restaurants. Table service for drinks. Good shows. 24 hour AI. Good looking hotel with dolmus service regular at entrance gate for 3 tl (£1). Free safe in room. Good air conditioning and daily towel/bedding changed. Always hot water. Lovely view of Gumbet bay from reception bar. All toilet areas clean at all times. Gardens good. Sunbeds and parasols always available.

Review 63：We liked everything in WOW Resort, it was a perfect stay. The food was great an open Buffet that starts and never ends!! You say wow everyday! Drink Eat enjoy laugh have fun and fall in LOVE in this Amazing Resort. We loved the cute Bus that stops infront of the resort going to Bodrum! We visited in late August, and it was super busy (apparently sold out) so it was a bit hectic at the pool or buffet.

The location is in Gumbet, which is close to Bodrum and has its own smaller but lively downtown area. Great pool area, and exclusive access to the beach.

Review 71：- The Rooms look like they are from 1989 and have never been updated, this is very bad for a Resort not to put any money in the rooms- Wifi is only available in the lobby and around the Pool Bar, this is detrimental for people who like to keep track of there businesses around the comfort of their room or the beach. There were WIFIs available from 7 other hotels some even 2-3 km further but the WOW WIFI had very limited coverage. - The Staff does not provide one with enough information you have to figure out stuff yourself

Review 72：The sportsactivities like Volleyball and such were great. The quality ofthe food is much better than expected I would rate it a 7. You haveenough choice maybe even too much, and the a la Carte restaurants arealso good.In Bodrum there arent many beaches with sand around and the Resort had its own private beach which was great. Swimming Pool is also large enough not to feel like there is no place to swim in the water.

Review 74：The room furnishings are very old. The evening music which takes place around the pool is extremely loud. Walls are very thin, one listens to music as if in the room until 1am. The main pool is cery oily and filmy due to no one showering prior to entry. Declaring this as a five star hotel is a major mistake.

The bed was like rocks and the sun lounge was betterthan that bed. The neighbours may as well have been partying in our roomthats how thin the walls are.. Insert imagination… and the bathroomsewww ive had better showers in yha and the toiletries box is a joke andembarrassing that they even give you that for the price you pay.in the morning we asked if there was a better room and we were not very happy. they told us we could go else where. i mean how rude. it wasted our small precious time in bodrum and we were devastated stay at Voyage Bodrum guys and girls now thats more WOW.

Review 77：Unprofessional managment, lack of communications due to staff poorEnglish, your requests prior to arrival are totally ignored despiterepeating them in writting and by phone, for instance I requestedconnecting rooms on my reservation form since I have 3 young children, Ialso sent an email to managment in that regards, in addition to myfreind request from managment who arrived earlier re-confirmed request,however when I arrived I was checked into two rooms seperated by onotherroom! I found out all my requests fell on deaf ears, it was veryupsetting showing total lack of managment.

More than 50 days up to 8000 TL ($ 4000) is blocked from my debit card. Still the hotel has not released blocked money! although I paid for hotel. Please ask hotel when they will unblock my money.
