Review 1：Didn't like breakfast: it was very processed and defrosted/reheated, not fresh. The breakfast area was also crowded at the time we were there.There definitely weren't enough seats to seat everybody and the area was crammed.

Review 2：Really liked the friendly staff. They took all the time in the world to answer our questions. Nice bedrooms. Loved the open fire in the reception area. We found the location to be excellent. My husband enjoyed the cookies at 4pm.

Review 3：Misleading info on park and fly. When booking it said free parking for a week with hotel stay . Ended up paying for parking . Chose the hotel for the specific feature of being able to leave a car if staying at hotel a night .

Review 7：The room size was good. However, for a room that size, they can at least have more sitting space and larger beds. The beds are full size and the room can easily accommodate queen size beds. There was a good portion of the room that was empty. Also, please include more bath towels. We only had 2 in our room and had to request more as we were a family of 4 staying in the room. One of the bath towels had something on it and there was a stain on the carpet in the room. Finally, my family and I thought the frozen bacon and omelets was weird. If I'm going to eat bacon and eggs, I wouldn't want to eat bacon and eggs that need to be microwaved. Thank goodness they had other breakfast options!

Review 10：This is the second time in a row that we have been disappointed in the shuttle service from the airport back to the hotel after a park, sleep and fly experience. We must have just missed a shuttle each time and waited a full 45 minutes despite the fact that the interval is supposed to be 35 minutes. Once on board, we had to make stops at other properties before returning to the Bay Landing. We got back to our car at the hotel more than one hour after we had arrived at the curb to wait for the shuttle. Shuttle from hotel to airport works smoothly and takes about 8 minutes, but return shuttle has become problematic.

Review 11：We have stayed here a dozen times and appreciate the location (right on the bay near a lovely walkway), the coffee maker and refrigerator in room and breakfast.

Review 12：This is a great little hotel, we had very friendly, "easy" check in/out experiences, room located on ground floor as requested, lovely comfortable room, a complimentary breakfast with a fab range of hot (albeit you microwaved the items, and although I didn't expect the food to be up to much I was pleasantly surprised) and cold breakfast food! We loved the little light sensor - really helped with night-time "visits"!!

Review 21：The main reason I selected this hotel is the free parking for guests. It is ridiculous that most hotels in the area charge for parking for guests. The free breakfast is another plus.

Shuttle serves multiple hotels about 10-15 minutes from hotel so on pickup from airport these hotels are first drop off. No issue on departure as hotel is last stop before airport. Review 41：I stayed in this hotel before and liked it but this time it was a bad experience. There was no wifi. At all. I could connect in the lobby but not in my room. The housekeeping was awful. I've discovered a long black hair in a bathroom sink upon arrival and every day the houskeper left her long black hairs on the flour in the bathroom. She never cleaned dust from any surface in the room. I talked to the manager but it didn't help.

Review 47：This is an Airport Hotel. People come and go at all hours to the airport. However they serve breakfast at 6:30. We were leaving early. When we asked if we could have an early breakfast we were told we do not do that" . In Addition the internet was the worst in our entire stay in the USA. There was no wine glasses in the room. No bathroom scale in the room or in reception to weigh luggage (A big deal nowadays as airlines like to charge overweight). No Bar or restaurant.

Review 49：We did two different bookings and the staff members did not make any effort on helping us. Only when we were doing the checkout and the new check in we found a very nice lady in reception that helped us to ease the pain, but it was little bit late already, although without her help it would have been worse. The breakfast experience is not good, very small breakfast room for the amount of rooms and the quality of the food is, at most, average.

Review 51：What I didn't like is that the rates for San Francisco hotels down by the airport are ridiculously high. There was a convention in town and I was not there for that convention. the rooms were over $300 per night and No hotel around the airport area is worth that kind of price. I think that the hotels abuse their ability to raise the rates in these times of high demand and I believe there should be a ceiling they can charge based upon the value of their property and services. I had no choice and had to be in town that week.

Our room was attractively furnished and equipped with room-darkening curtains for those sunny mornings when one wants to sleep in. The public lobby provided several clustered areas for visiting, reading, or using the computer. I found the 24- hour coffee bar useful, and my spouse appreciated the well-equipped exercise room..Breakfasts contained sufficient variety to please most people,but seating in the breakfast area was quite limited. Although there is an outside patio for use at breakfast, most guests while we were there did not care to brave the morning chill or breezes. Most who could not find seating had to eat breakfast while standing,and this caused congestion in the aisles. (There was a nearby conference room which could have held overflow, but it was only opened one of the five days of our stay.)

Review 80：The breakfast arrangements are complimentary, good job as no-one would pay for them. Chaotic, best describes the overall breakfast experience, no room between tables, out of control kids all over the place, noisy, hopeless microwave to "cook" you own remade omelette, bacon etc. Staff over whelmed (not enough of them), no coffee unless you ask for the urns to be refilled. Can't get to the food because there are too many people in a small space. Just hopeless. If you went outside on the [nice] terrace, the tables were covered in bird poop and again not enough or untrained staff to clean them off.

Coffee and tea though always available was placed in out of the way place during breakfast and away from the cups and saucers. Review 115：The hotel is close to the airport with a free shuttle service that was punctual and efficient. However, this hotel has much more to offer than the standard airport hotel. There is a bird sanctuary next to the hotel and the views across the Bay were stunning and very peaceful...especially at dawn when the tide was out. Cookies and coffee were available in the dining area during the day. We took them up to our room to have while we enjoyed the view! The room was large, well furnished, clean and comfortable. Making waffles for breakfast was great fun!

Review 116：The breakfast area table and chairs were set at an angle causing people to trip over each other and not allowing for anyone with a disability to pass! I understand these are new but someone should address the matter sooner rather than later!

Review 117：When a lamp needed to be repaired it was done so immediately and a handwritten note with a chocolate wrench was left! The property is in the midst of a renovation with almost no interference to the customer. I would not hesitate to stay at this property again.

Review 124：I chose this hotel as a good choice for a one night stay over near the airport. For this purpose it proved excellent. Situated by the Bay it the view is nice. You can take a jogging run along a coastal path and there are two or three acceptable restaurants just adjacent to the hotel. I tried the Mexican one and it was fine and with reasonable value for money. The room was very good and the staff helpful. The breakfast was very good with an option for baking youir own waffles (super!). There is a free shuttle to and from the airport. I would use this hotel again if I need a stay over.

The room thermostat did not work and there were not enough blankets to stay warm while attempting to sleep. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. Given the relatively high price and the sub par conditions of the room, I would definitely not stay there ever again. I am very surprised that this property has received so many positive reviews.
