Review 1：it has been beautifully remodeled, the staff is friendly, the food is great, & the beach is gorgeous. I would definitely stay there again and again.

Review 2：Personel is not professional at all. Bar and kitchen staff especially. Foods and baverages are below average quality. Need a strong stomach. The sheets and towels changed only twice during my stay which was 6 days. More like an apart than a All inclusive. I wonder why the hotel management keeps employing animators because there was no animation at all, just very loud music all time. Does not worth the money at all.

Review 4：It started off bad the time we checked in. Booked 3 standard rooms. Two of the rooms they took us to were either still occupied or weren't cleaned from the previous people staying in it. It took them about an hour for them to sort it out before we could check into our rooms. One of the rooms had not been cleaned properly with dry spillage of the floor cover by a bedside table. Rooms weren't always cleaned daily and found we had to ask for them to be.

Review 5：Comfortable standard room. All inclusive and good selection of food. Most staff were friendly.

Review 6：The rooms were not to clean and the beds were not good. There was no aircondition in one of the two bedroom family club room. Waterslides were onæy open for 2 hours a day and there were little entertainment for kids that arw between 8-12 years old.

Review 7：The food was good and a lot to choose from. The staff were nice and helpfull. There are three poolarea that were quite nice.

Review 8：The rooms were not cleaned even after requesting reception to do so. The bathrooms had a bad smell like the sewer was leaking. Wouldnt recommend for the money paid.

Review 10：Beds hard and smell in bedroom which seemed to come from air conditioning. You pay for drinks after 11.00 pm.

Review 12：There must be a snack bar in the beach. If you want to rest in the beach, you are always hungry and thirsty.

Review 13：We were lucky because we stayed in two new decorated rooms. As a matter of fact, bed and bathroom was used first by us. All of the Personnels of Hotel were very friendly. Room cleaning was also very good, they changed towels and bedclothes every day, even if you left too late from the room. Hotel customers were (most of them are English people) very friendly and fun. In despite of we are Turkish people, night animations were professional and interesting. Next summer we will go and stay again.

Review 14：what I dldnt like about this place ls all the employees are looking at you as a walking dolar and they try to take advantage of you. They are mean if you want to leave the pool bar and go out for drink. They didnt leave alone my girlfriend the whole time. The second night that I was there I had to come back to the hotel room bc of a gun shot happened on the bars street. If I knew I would stay here in Texas since we are the wild west

Review 15：Hotel was clean over all. Pool area was nice but they said that they didnt have the umbrella for everyone. It is very close to the Ghumbet and all of those bars which they call bars street.

Review 23：Noisy chariot for room staff, boring in the morning. Awful restaurant near the swimming pool, worst food ever in 3 weeks in turkey. On Gumbet, noisy, jerky beach, restaurants with bad english food, and expensive. Just forget Gumbet and for night/restaurant/bar go to Bodrum using Dolmus every 5 min, and aslo dolmus to other beach (Gumusluk for example) Air conditionning only in the room (children were hot, we were cold..)

Review 24：Very friendly and helpful staff (specially the young guy who drive your room and who is always there when you need it during your stay. Nice room with terrace. Calm (just never get rooms near the swimming pool !!) Dolmus 3 TL in front of the hotel to bodrum centrum.

Review 25：Cleaning the rooms was bad, in 11days we had just two times to see cleaning person and ask them for towels and take the garbage out.We had a lick in bathroom and we ask to fix it, but nobody came. Do I want to stay in this hotel again? Answer will be NO.

Review 26：The cleanliness was terrible. The rooms were not cleaned properly, thecleaners only emptied the bins most days but our room was never cleanedproperly at all. The bathroom was disgustingly dirty.

Review 29：Great staff, very friendly and ready to help. All speak English very well. Inside of the hotel zone, a lot of trees, really beautiful and well planned. A lot of shadow is great for summer. The rooms are rather big. A midsized balcony had plants giving shadows on it with a view on treetops, really nice. A bus stops right in front of the hotel and it takes you to center Bodrum in just 10 minutes. The pool was very clean.

Review 30：Beach was not looked after. It was dirty and there was broken glass around. Although next door hotel went silent at about 12 o'clock midnight; the loud music lasted till 1.30 in the morning in our hotel every night.

Review 31：Friendly and helpful staff. Especially I must point out Cuneyt whom me and my wife noticed as he was non stop cleaning around.

Review 32：Location. It is on the less quaint of the harbors. As an American, the "do not throw tissue into the toilet" sign in the bathroom is off-putting.

Review 34：Good location for all local amenities......beach, shops, restaurantsetc. Far enough away from the town centre as to be quiet, but closeenough to be convenient for all facilities. We use as an excellentbudget self catering apartment, but don't use other hotel facilities. Inthis regard clean, pleasant garden surroundings, whilst eating, drinkingand socialising elsewhere. All in all a good facility at a good price.
