Review 1：Breakfast was very poor. Out of all 3 breakfasts we had, the fruit variety was watermelon and pineapple. All 3 times the watermelon was old and soggy and pineapple too. Would not expect this kind of food when paying a premium price for our stay.

Review 2：Friendly staff, nice location, nice and quite beach to relax on.

Review 3：Had trouble with WiFi dropping off and had to log in again and again with a time consuming code if device wasn't used for a short while. Power and cable TV went out in our room many times. They may have finally fixed the problem but it plagued us for the three days we were there.

Review 4：Very Friendly and helpful staff. Had a very fair price. Good restaurant. Nice and quiet. Good privacy. Clean and cool. Very comfortable bed (especially for Thailand) and they even provided a free roll-a-way. Very relaxing environment. I would go again.

Review 5：The first night I found dead leech on the floor, AC does not work, the water was yellow when i first turn it on, clearly there is no inspect the room before guest check in. Ants attack my snack even though the package has not been open yet. The beach is nice but there are some waste in the water as its right by the pier.

Review 8：The beachfront villa was lovely, great view, could hear the sound of the waves at night, quiet and relaxed place for those seekin peace away from crowded Chaweng Beach, we loved the pool area, good breakfast, they let us check in earlier which we thought was really nice of them!

Review 9：Unfurtonately, this was the worst experience we had in Thailand (in this trip we stayed in 5 hotels). Punnpreeda only provided two towels (total) for two persons, which means that you have to do everything with a single towel. These towels were old. The room needed renovation. It is not rustic, its old. Air conditioning was noisy, The room was facing the road and, with the poor noise isolation it had, it was not good for rest. The room front door was glass, which means that we had to sleep with the outside light shining in the room (like a window with no shades). Internet was terribly slow. Punnpreeda management should spend some time looking into other hotels service in order to learn how to treat guests properly.

Review 23：The room was dirty and when entering there was a penetrant molt odeur/smell... Later we discovered that there was very much molt in the bathroom. Toilet didn't work, always trouble with flushing. WiFi was horrible. Didn't work at all, We complaind about these things at the management but they didn't do anything about it (we had payed allready...so the money was in the pocket)... Don't book this hotel. it's not worth the price/quality you should expect.

Review 25：We stayed there for 4 nights and we enjoyed it very well! Personal was so helpful (eg. planning island tours, diving, arranging thai cooking lessons) and kind! Hotel has its private pool and beach with restaurant and bar - ask for 20% discount as a hotel guest for meals. We also get room upgrade for Deluxe villa for price of standard room which was very nice! Room was very clean nice and modern furnished. This hotel is highly recommended.

Review 26：Car service is too expensive, they charged us double pay, my friend go to airport from this hotel and I will go to Chaweng beach, actually, Chaweng beach near by airport.(1-1.5km) but they charge us 400B+400B(200 CNY)...

I was in room 602.I booked for three nights and had to leave one night early as I told staff when I first arrived. I had to return Bangkok on Tuesday instead of wendsday.They told me due to policy they could not refund my last night.

Review 31：They gave me a room with no view or balcony which is what i had paid for.When i arrived they said they only had one room left, the room was OK but i looked out onto an ugly barbed wire fence...and basically they said if i didn't like it i must go to another hotel!! I had a tummy upset and was tired from the travel from koh Phangan so that was not an option. A disappointing end to my holiday.

Review 62：The Wi-Fi is wery unstable. Wery often I was able to connect to internal network, but no internet access. Far from another Places Of Interest (POI). We had to ride by motorbike about an hour or more to get to any POI except Big Budha. The breackfast in the hotel is always the same. Selection from banana (or pineapple) pancake or 6 way cooked eggs for your choice. Free fruits, cornflackes, and juice helps to make breackfast more interesting, but after 2 weeks we are fed up with eggs anyway. The airport is close to hotels, you can hear the airplanes coming and departuring. It was not a trouble for us, but some would not like it.

Review 63：The Staff was wery good and pleasant. Room was clean (except the dust under the bed), and big. The swimming pool is filled with still, not salty water (But we like to swim at the sea). A lot of plants, and wery fresh air. Close to Big Budha (15 minutes by feets, 5 by motorbike), close to the street market (5 minutes by feets) Wery good beach: no people, no dirt (some dirt was after the storm, but it was blown by wind from Big Budha), good sand, and excellent view to the sea. I would recommend this hotel for a quiet family rest. If you want to wisit POIs, you should look at another side of the island (at Chaweng, Lamai, or Taling Ngam beaches)

Review 64：It was hard to find! They should advertise it better from the street.Plus there is another Punnpreeda down the street. Also, I guess theplumbing needs work. There was definitely a faint smell, so we kept thebathroom door closed.

Review 65：Great value. It's definitely not fancy, but had a very chill, beachhut vibe. Very pleasant, accommodating staff and the pool/bar areawas really cute and relaxed. Totally worth it to upgrade to a villa,too. Pharmacy, 7-11, and street food within steps, and short ride toChaweng and airport. Hotel will shuttle to both!

Review 66：It's proximity to the Pier. The rooms were clean, roomy and well presented. The pool area is great and it's on the beach. Also the staff are all really friendly and accommodating.

Review 77：The front desk staff, including the manager, were rude and unhelpful.The hotel turned away our friends pretending that they had double booked(and sent to their sister hotel, not helpful when we were all there as agroup for a wedding!) but we saw this happen frequently throughout ourstay- it seems to be a trick to make more money- one set of friends wereoffered their (pre-paid!) room if they paid an extra 1000baht, and themanager offered to throw another couple out for them if the extra cashwas offered! Housekeeping were slow to respond to issues, theelectricity went down once, the water was broken for one day and the Wi-fi is incredibly variable- not working in the rooms for hours at a time.

Review 85：Good location to get to the full moon party ferry pier, only a few minutes walk. Staff were friendly and helpful, hotel was a great 3 star (in comparison to many other places we stayed in Thailand). Buffet breakfast was quite similar to other hotel offerings, but they also had an a la carte menu you could order from. Only weird thing were the green tiles in the pool!

Review 87：The staff was amazingly friendly. The hotel is about 7-10 mins from the airport and the pier so it's really comfortable to make a pit stop there on your way to and from koh samui.

Review 88：Unfortunately despite advertising free airport transfers on this website the hotel refused to provide this for me. When I complained and showed the receptionist the advert, I was told someone would contact me shortly to sort the problem out - this never happened and when I complained again, I was then told that the receptionist had gone home without handing over the details of the complaint and that there was no manager on duty so nothing could be done. When I complained again, I was then handed a mobile phone to speak to the manager of the hotel who told me I should sort out the problem myself as I was only staying for one night anyway. In addition to the problem with airport transfers, the hotel also does not provide mosquito nets despite having standing water throughout the hotel and literally thousands of mosquitoes. I was again told that there was nothing that could be done about this problem. Given that there were only 2 rooms occupied in the hotel when I visited the customer service was incredibly poor.

Review 92：Being located on Bang Rak, there is a slight noiseproblem, caused by the bi-hourly departure of the Ko Pha-Ngan headed slow boat, which will resonate your eardrums to a frenzy; besides that, Bang Rak is in the landing/takeoff zone of Ko Samui airport, giving you a nice spotters' view on the aircraft, which will contribute their (shortly timed) amount of noise as well. Sea traffic comes to a complete stop by sundown and the majority of airplanes arrive and depart during daytime as well, so during nighttime, it is a quiet and peaceful location.

Review 93：The resort has a real nice setup with running waterstreams across the main building and villa's. This provides for a friendly and jungle-like atmosphere, located just on the side of the beach. Though located on roadside, roadnoice isn't to be heard within the complex. Breakfast is served in the bar/restaurant on the poolside with a generous choice of servings. The chef is cooking eggs to your desire in plain view, which makes it all the more open and friendly. Poolside and seaside beds and towels are complimentary, beach is nice and clean and just a few steps from the bar and pool.

Then there was the noise, this is our only real complaint aboutthe hotel but unfortunately it made sleeping almost impossible andruined our nights. There was; constant airplanes flying over, crickets,frogs, gekos etc sounded like they were actually in the room, cockrelsevery morning consistantly as of 5:30am. The aircon makes a whizzingnoise all night and it's too hot to turn off. The traffic outside andthe door to the room is glass and has no curtain so was bright as of sunrise. Our room was 301, I only recommend this hotel if you stay awayfrom the main road!
