Review 1：Just a minor concern, there was no hot water for the washbasin. As an English person who does like a good cup of tea at breakfast, it would have been nice to have had a pot of tea at the table made with boiling water. Alps maybe a cafetière for coffee, otherwise the breakfast was one of the best we have had in Thailand.

Review 2：The location was superb, the white sandy beach, three swimming pools, quite private beach away from the hustle and bustle of a busier beach. The staff were so friendly, polite and efficient. The dining area had a perfect outlook and the food was lovely.

Review 3：Mosquitos getting into our delux cottage even though we kept the doors and windows closed. Seemed to be a gap in the building ceiling that the lights attracted them through.

Review 5：Mosquitos! Several of the windows in our cottage had large gaps we had to stuff to battle mosquitos. Beds were not comfortable - we all had back aches. Pools not well-maintained.

Review 7：The Zea Restaurant - when the staff took our order they only told us that they didn't have a dish on the menu when they came out with the rest of the food. They should have let us know when they took our order. The bill was also wrong twice and we were overcharged.

Review 9：Beautiful and comfortable resort on the beach. There is a great snorkelling site just 40m from one of its beaches. Rooms were really clean. Staff were friendly, helpful and very polite. They gave us ponchos as it was raining when we checked out and helped carry our luggage onto the boats. The beaches were clean with fine sand and gradual coasts. There were the usual hawkers but they didn't bug you too much. And i liked that there was a guy selling those delicious fried pancakes. Food at the resort was really good!

Review 10：I don't think they know how to make cocktails properly and when it was happy hour they made it for one glass and poured it into two...I didn't like that. Also when arriving we came in by the water and no one was there to help us . We didn't use their service as it was very expensive, but there definitely needs to be a pier so people can get off the boat with their luggage...I was very distressed when I arrived at the reception desk...drenched, trudged through sand and pulling the bloomin case along as well! Mosquito coils an sprays would be very handy in the rooms. One one restaurant, another one would be advantageous!

Review 11：I liked our little villa. It was quaint and comfortable. The pools were great, with breakfast there was a good choice, and you could sit eating and you were right on the water. We had dinner one night and they had a duo playing and singing who were super. The resort is very nice, clean and very friendly staff. The gardens are lovely. The beach was great...but too many boats around...dangerous!

Review 12：This is my terrible trip in Samet island since I ever went there around 5 times. 1. They accept tour group. It make hotel crowd and service quality decrease a lot. 2. There are no trees at all at hotel beach. 3. No any beach activity at night

Review 31：Nice waliking through the trees on a nicely laid out path to get to your chalet. We had one in a row of 4. There are others that stand by themselves. Everything provided was of excellent value and clean. Food was of a very high quality. Enjoyed walking along the white beach. This property also has a small private beach, not accessible by the general public, which allows you to relax and paddle or swim away from all and sundry and you are not accosted by the beach hawkers.

Review 36：On arrival, I found the full amount had already been deducted from my international credit card and I was not able to have this cancelled and use my local credit card instead, which would have saved some extra costs. Also, the twin room I had requested was not reserved, but we were able to get one when I insisted. For the price of the room, I would expect more amenities: bathrobes in room, more tea and coffee sachets, proper glasses, a flashlight, etc. A little coffee table and easy chairs for two would have come in handy.

Dinner in the hotel restaurant is a bit expensive, (but live band is so attractive.) rent motor cycle beside hotel and bad experience in returning by being asked for compensation for a scratch( this is not related to the hotel)

The beach looks great but in the weekend a lot of people who are not from the hotel come and swim in the water in front of the hotel so the water area is pretty packed. This is a very crowded hotel on a very crowded and noisy beach. It has some 150 rooms, so you just can't escepe the crowd! All facilities and the beach are full of people and very noisy. Maybe somebody likes it - I do not!

It is nice for swimming in the morning, in the afternoon you can also swim but the tide is low and you must be careful with the stones. Sai kaew beach is the main beach, very busy with people, motorboats etc. White sand and nice water. It is also nice for dinner at night, plenty of restaurants. Beakfast is very good

Please note that room rates include admission fee to Khao Laem Ya Mu Koh Samet National Park and a round trip shuttle boat transfer between the resort and Ko Samed.The shuttle boat schedule is as follows:From Seree Pier (Ban Phe): 11:00 / 13:30 / 16:00From Ao-Klang Pier (Ko Samed): 10:00 / 12:30 / 15:00Guests are advised to look out for the property's name when arriving at the pier on the mainland.Kindly be at the pier 30 minutes before departure time.
