Review 1：Location. Away from all businesses and night life.

Review 2：The hotel is very good and have everything needed, very clean and comfortable. Have store and a couple of restaurants close by.

Review 3：The hotel overbooked themselves because they thought they would be ready in time for the World Cup. When we arrived at the hotel, the front lobby was crowded with frustrated guests who had reservations but no rooms. The hotel was forced to send dozens of groups to other hotels that night (though I do appreciate that they called all the hotels themselves, were willing to pay the price difference, and tried to get guests as close as possible to the stadium). They finally managed to get us a room ready in the hotel itself 4 hours after we first arrived. We asked for 2 twin beds, but found a full bed in the room instead. The bed and couch were hard as rocks. There was no telephone or trash can in the room. We only received maid service after we asked for it at the front desk. The first day, we only had freezing cold water; the second and third days, we only had scalding hot water. The last day of our stay, we had milky sink water. The AC unit in our room did not work (thank goodness it was their winter). We had problems with our room keys. There was no TV in our room, and when we asked for one, we got a TV still packaged in it's box, uninstalled. The language barrier was rough, as there was only one person on staff who spoke English.

Review 4：Our stay could have been great if the room had been ready in time for our arrival. Most of the staff tried to be as helpful as possible, given the circumstances and the language barrier. Very short walk to the nearest metro station and a 25-min. ride to the Central stop (in the center of Brasilia).

Review 5：Awful, simply awful staff. The hotel was busy because of the FIFA World Cup, but is that an excuse for having to wait over an hour to be served then be told there was no booking and just left to hang around. After some seriously violent shouting to staff, they eventually conceded there WAS a booking from Booking dot com but then told us there were no rooms ready. When we did get a room, it was unfinished - the refrigerator and other items still sealed in polystyrene and plastic material. The second day there was no hot water.

Review 8：It was a great hotel and a nice place to stay...close to fifa fan fest (10-15 minutes by taxi) and very clean and classy. Breakfast buffet for 15 Rias was a good deal. There is a pharmacy nearby and several fastfood places.
