Review 1：Nothing! We should have stayed another night!

Review 2：Caring and friendly staff. My husband and I were sick upon arriving at Yilan but the hotel offered free car services to send us to the doctor and provided a simple lunch of porridge. Room was spacious and clean.

Review 3：Both bedlights have poor contact. I had a really , the light was just on itself. So ....

Review 9：The staff is very friendly and helpful especially ms Vicky lee in conceige that she is very patient in helping us in arranging the half day trip in the vicinity. Actually, all the staff in the hotel are very polite and helpful, very professional. I enjoy very much the stay and would choose this hotel next time.

Review 10：This is actually the second time we stayed in this hotel. Last time was 2 years ago. We love this hotel in many ways, yet Jiaoxi itself is under tremendous change, there re so many new building sites around the hotel, and it will become sort of crowded and not as quiet and lovely as before. It's also a shame that a building just opposite the road of Evergreen hotel was built which blocked totally the beautiful view of the Jiaoxi plain and the sea. Gone is the beautiful view forever, which is in fact a great blow to the hotel I suppose.

Review 11：The staffs, the room size, the breakfast, the facilities and the mountain views for certain rooms.

Review 12：Hot spring baths. Breakfast buffet. Activities throughout the day including afternoon tea, many kid friendly items - gingerbread house, mini playground area, balloons for kids. Fusion suite was spacious for four adults and a baby crib. Baby crib was a wooden Peter rabbit crib that our child loved. Lots of space in the fusion suite to unwind and relax. King bed was huge.

Review 13：too many tourist. the women's spa on the top floor can hear men's chatting across the fence and the new construction blocking the view.

Review 15：So far, I feel Evergreen hotels' most valuable assets are their staff. They are happy workers and always try their best to serve customers with true hearts. Good hotel!

Review 16：Full of families, children absolutely everywhere. There are lots of activities organised for children throughout the hotel so I think this is really a family resort. Not really that suitable for young couple if you dont like loud children running everywhere. You cant order cocktails or food from the pool area - you have to get dressed and go down to cafe to order room service but they can deliver to pool area. Definitely more family orientated than a luxury escape. The hotel is a few blocks from most of the restaurants so if its a hot summer day this is a long walk for food. You can eat at the hotel but it was booked our for dinner during our stay so we had to go elsewhere. Probably a bit expensive for what it is.

Review 18：I had spent NTD 7600 for a night, but the window view is not good as the commerical. In terms of the staying spending, I thought this is way too expensive. There was a construction right in front of my window, and the island view is so way out of my view...

Review 27：Breakfast looks like a big buffet place with lots of choices, but actually the foods are not as many as it's supposed to have. We almost eat the same thing during our 2 days stay. Breakfast also very crowded so you need to wait for a seat.

Review 28：The hotel location is very good, close to railway station and downtown, just next to the old hot spring park. There is a mini bus station in front of the hotel entrance so you can go to some sight-seeing places around the town. Very friendly hotel staff, we have a mountain view room, spacious, having in-room hot spring pool. There is also an outdoor rooftop hot spring pool which is very nice.

Review 32：Extremely friendly and polite staff members. The no-menu restaurant Cafe Riverbank was awesome and a must try. LOHAS spa was very clean and the water did not contain too much chemical. Snacks, fruit and drinks are included in your room. The most impressive part was listening to the symphony while enjoying the hot spring in your room!

Review 36：If you wanna spend one or two days in a very relaxing hot spring Hotel, Evergreen won't let you down! Both the private hotspring pool in the room and all the public hot spring areas are wonderful, spotlessly clean and the views from the rooms are great too! The rooms are spacious and the staffs are reasonably helpful. You can book the hotel shuttle straight from Taipei central railway station with reasonable price, which take only an hour of traveling time. Highly recommended.

Review 41：This is one of the best 5 star hotel you can find in Jiaosi. It is located near town area and the hotel facilities are excellent. My kid really enjoyed himself during our stay there. Hotspring pools are conveniently located in the hotel. The room comes with huge hotspring tub. The Buffet Breakfast was good too.
