Review 1：The quality is not in line with the price charged. Aircon in room can only be set through front desk, not by yourself in the room. The same applies to outside light on balcony: goes off at time fixed by hotel. Breakfast buffet does not have any fresh fruits, even though it is a wellness hotel. Ordered 3 course menu for dinner, but only got main course (a misunderstanding, according to the waitress; the hotel did give us free dessert as a compensation). And there were more, similar small irritants. This, in my view, is above all a management problem of the hotel: lots of staff, but little guidance and no manager visible. All in all, more a hotel to stay several days for the wellness facilities (most of which you have to pay for) than for an overnight stay.
