Review 1：that on check-out date, the front-desk staff called me to ask if "we were heading the direction" to check-out soon as the resort's check-out time was at 11, which had already past by about 25 minutes. While I do understand the resort's check-out time is at 11, I would have rather he took the time to check my reservation before assuming I was late, then he would have not called me in the first place. the coffee out of the recently added beverage machine is awful! The room I stayed in has really obnoxious bright lighting w/ no option to dim. Thank you for reading this :(

Review 5：the grounds were not as well kept as I would have expected, the vegetation they have on property shed constantly so it would be impossible to keep manicured, of course with the drought and water limitation, things looked pretty good when I left.

Review 11：It's an older motel and don't expect 5 stars here but the prices reflect that. The prices are fair for what you get and the rooms are well cleaned and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
Review 12：The saltwater pool is great and the resort provides a lot of shaded areas to escape the intense sun during the day. There are lots of naturally shaded areas as well. The lawn is a great place to lay out to get some sun or grab a deck chair by the pool. The resort is conveniently located between the big chain shopping areas and Palm Springs. You can head into Palm Springs with a short 10 minute drive or head to the shopping centers in even less time. There is a great movie theatre directly across the street and lots of dining located very close to the motel.

Steam room was under construction and there was no effort to get it fixed quickly for the guests to use. It was not available my entire 12 day stay. Very strange and inconvenient policy for letting guests on the grounds. Floor was never properly cleaned during my stay. It is the first hotel I have ever stayed where complimentary shampoo was not provided.

Review 54：Bed comfortable, room a good size and WI-FI connection good. Steam room great - could use a water hose in it to wash away sand from the seats when patrons bring in from outside. The 2 jacuzzi are great, staff friendly. Pool nice. Lots of outdoor seating to lay out and enjoy the sun. Breakfast typical for stateside continental, some packaged, but fills one up - fresh fruit also and the important thing - decent coffee that is available all day. (Hot water and teas also). I did a day pass a few days earlier, enjoyed the facilities and came back a few days later for an overnight.

Review 57：In the ten years since last there nothing has been renovated. Rooms and facilities are showing their age. It is no longer a premier resort it once was. The lack of Wi-fi was infuriating and felt overcharged with the number of issues.
Review 58：I have been there many times and am familiar with layout of facilities and wanted to show to new husband but with difficulties in plumbing and no wi-fi the entire time which was a prime motivation to stay there it was generall disappointing.

Theoutdoor grounds are in desperate need of a full makeover. We will notstay there ever again. Lastly - my card was charged for the originalonline booking and then I had to pay again at the front desk. One chargewas $125 the 2nd charge was $150 - when will I get my deposit refunded?

Review 63：The resort has a "Stay and Pay for 2 nights and get the third forfree" June Special. Even though I was aware of this offer, I wasnot aware of their strict policy which requires guests to ask for thespecial rate/room reservation both at the moment they check in aswell as when they make the reservations. There were no opportunities torequest for the off season/ June Special on Booking.com when makingthe reservation. It is also unknown as to whether or not they wouldhonor it even if you asked about it upon arrival when booking thereservation through a third party. Based upon my experience, the bestpossible rate can only be obtained by directly reserving the room on thecompany website rather than booking through this third party travelsite. I ended up paying $400 for a two night stay when 3 of my fellowguests paid the same amount for a three night(Fri, Sat, Sun) stay! Idon't care if you print this but you ought to know the facts indollars and cents.

Review 67：I did not like the room. It was tiny and dirty. There were flies when we got there. The bed was ancient. The bathroom had water damage. The shower would instantly turn scalding hot every 20 seconds. There was a warning that there would be a $50 fee if a robe wasn't returned. The robe was from a Hilton in Las Vegas. We found roaches in our room, and mouse poop on our soap. The people at the front desk said they weren't surprised about the roaches, but were surprised about the mice. The only person we met while there was a very chatty tweaker with a heart of gold and face of meth.
