Review 1：Beautiful modern 3 bedroom condo. Gorgeous view! Anoushka (the conceirge)was able to order groceries in for us as we arrived Christmas Eve and the grocery store was closed for the next 2 days.

Review 3：The beautiful apartment. The location and the peace and tranquility of the residence. Close to Eagle Beach (even though had a jeep , we walked to the beach a number of times) close to casinos and shopping. The best for us was the easy access to the roads to the other side of the island and the national park.

Review 4：The staff was excellent and the pools are beautiful. The restaurant's food is really good for breakfast and lunch. We had a great stay all around!

Review 5：Strong wind all the time, but it has nothing to do with the property.

Review 6：We liked our apartment very much. I am not sure all apartments there have the modern European style furniture, really nice wine glasses, high quality silverware, and bone china dishes and cups. The kitchen is equipped with everything that is necessary and of superb quality.

Review 9：When you book i't says its a studio suite and the pictures show astudio. But its a bedroom lockout off a studio no kitchen not even aplace to make coffee. We were so disappointed we never spent the nightand was told by ursala I would get a full refund in 4 days but stillhave yet to receive it. We did get a room at a timeshare resort calledlacabana down the street who took us with open arms and everything weexpected. Thanks lacabana

Review 11：They told us we could wash and dry our clothes, but when we went to use it, it didn't work. Made several calls they came each time but could not fix it. They let us use the washer and dryer next door. Had to always ask for soap and toilet tissue after they cleaned our room. Everyone was kind, but we just had to keep asking for things.

Review 12：We thought at first the location was not great. But after a few days we discovered, for us it was great! We liked being away from the crowds and busyness. It was a short walk to shops and restaurants or you could take the bus. We loved the ocean view and how close we were to the beach. We really enjoyed the hotel restaurant and the staff. Overall our time there was great and would stay there again.

Review 13：There is no beach yet. We were given soap but no shampoo or lotion.

Review 14：The view from the balcony was beautiful and unobstructed. The pool was very large. This is a condo property and since we just booked a room we were given the master bedroom that was actually connected to a condo but the rest was locked off. We rented a car which is suggested as it's a bit of a hike to Palm Beach or Eagle Beach. Housekeeping was every other day which was okay. For the money the location can't be beat!

Review 15：Room was literally a bedroom "locked out" from main apartment. Nicely furnished, but small, and no glasses, coffee maker, frig or ice. Having said that, we only slept there. But just a little to small to want to stay again in that type unit.

Review 16：Staff was terrific, helpful, pleasant. Room was very clean. Location was quiet. We would go back again, but look at renting a full unit.Nice balcony with table, and great sea view. Although across the street from ocean, nothing blocked the view. Quiet stretch of beach, and you could walk down to other hotel/restaurant/shopping on the beach. Good value…..would recommend to couples.

Review 17：The place is clearly under construction and runs as such. The pool was unheated, I never saw anyone working the bar,the restaurant was still being built, our door took minutes to open, and our entire floor was never lit at night. The place definitely has potential, but it will be a few years before I'd tell anyone to book here. Luckily, the price we paid was low, so we don't really have much to complain about. We only stayed 2 nights and used our Marriott points for the rest of our trip. It's also far off from where most of the fun stuff is. If you want a place really quiet, then this is definitely for you. Just not really our style.

Review 33：The property was still in midst of being completed and there was a lot of construction going on. The on site restaurant wasn't open yet and because of the work going on, it made going to the pool awkward. There wasnt anyone in the office after 7pm, so if there was a emergency it would have been very hard to find someone. I felt that Booking,com should have divulged that the property was new and still under construction when it was listed. In my opinion this was misleading. Though I enjoyed my stay, if I had known that it was so new and so much construction was still taking place, I would have more than likely chosen another property.

Review 34：The staff was the friendliest I have ever encountered anywhere. They went out of their way to make sure we had every possible thing we needed. They even drove us to restaurants in their personal vehicles instead of us calling for a taxi. The room was very clean and comfortable.

Review 35：Major problem with AC not working in the Living Room & Kitchen (Four or five Days), problem with TV, door on dish washer. No safety rails on stairs to parking lot or in showers (Not very smart for older customers). No place to eat yet, We were promised a reduced rate for 9 day we stayed (asked for $50.00 per day). We were informed that Booking.Com would issue us the credit. This facility was opened to soon for customers, as its still under major construction.

Review 36：The staff and manager are great and were very helpful in trying to correct all the problems we had. The facility will be great when completed, and I would recommend it .
